It was a day in high school like any other for Alex Parker. Her dad dropped her off and she ran to her bestfriend Amber. "My Gosh I missed you so much!!" Alex said. "Well, we saw eachother over most of summer break but... I MISSED YOU TO ALY!" Amber replied with a sarcastic yet happy look on her face.
They hugged eachother and then someone bumped into Alex's shoulder. Normally she wouldn't be upset and would automatically think it was an accident. But she knew it wasn't when she turned around and saw who bumped into her. "Hey DEREK! how about you watch where your going!" Alex snapped in his face. "How bout you not be in my WAY!" He snapped in her face also.
After exchanging dirty looks Derek walked away, but Alex still had some steam left in her. "Just forget about him" Amber said giving Derek a NASTY look from the distance. She then returned her focus to Aly(that's what's I'm gonna call Alex from now on) and said "Cmon you cant let a rat like him ruin our... SENIOR YEAR"
They both screamed simultaneously making them get shushed by some teachers... and students (hehe). They said their apologies and then continued on with their excitement. "I can't believe its already here!" Aly said in a normal and excited tone. She thought back to when she was younger and would dream of being a senior, and graduating, and going to prom. Except when she used to think about it she expected herself to have a boyfriend by now.
"I know right!! The sad part is its not until the end of the year" Amber said with disappointment. "Yeah..." Aly said in a similar tone. Then her attitude changed slightly when she realized it would give her more time to find the perfect guy. What Aly didn't know is that guy was a lot closer than she thought...
