Chapter 16

Monty and Ella were both layed out in the back of Montgomerys car with a warm fluffy blanket that was placed over their bodies and the couple were looking up at the sky giant sky and admiring all of the stars that lit up the world around them. Nobody was around them and they couldn't hear anything or anyone, just their own soft breathing and Ella was cuddled into Montgomery's side with her arm lazily thrown over his waist and he had one arm under his head and the other around the girl, tracing circles onto her back with his fingers

After a while of looking up at the stars Montgomery just stared Down at the girl with a soft smile as her eyes lit up at all the stars. She looked so beautiful. And In the moonlight she looked just like an angel in disguise and he couldn't take his eyes of her and he held small body in his muscular arms tightly as if I were like if he let go even for a second she would disappear completely

Ella eventually turned on her side and pressed her forehead against his while they starred into each other's eyes like they were in there own little world and there was nothing to worry about. No dads. No school. No drama. And no tapes. It was just them

"You look like you haven't slept in days Monty" Ella mumbles and sighed as she noticed how tired the boys eyes looked

"I've been scared my dad would come in my room. But I've also been having troubles sleeping" Montgomery admitted but looked away from the girls eyes but then looked back into them when she didn't say anything and began to lightly kiss the girl on the lips and then pull away and continue it I've and over again, wanting to change the topic but he knew that she wouldn't drop it

"Why. What keeps you up at night" Ella asks quietly and shuffled in closer to the boy so that there was no space in between them, their legs were wrapped together and their arms were tightly wrapped around each other the cold air was blocked out by the body warmth that each of them were providing to the other

"I've been thinking. I'm afraid that you'll end up seeing me the way that I see myself" Montgomery whispered and she was shocked and didn't know what to say "and I'm scared you know. I'm scared because you mean more to me than any other person. You are everything I think about. Everything I need. Everything I want"

"Your perfect to me Montgomery" Ella mumbles "don't ever think stuff like that okay" and Montgomery just smiles at her softly before moving his body down and burying his head into her chest and he broke down crying while she held onto him and she tried to keep her own tears and sobs in.

Montgomery was always so strong. Ella was the first person that had seen him cry and was the only person. She was his safe place. His escape.

Ella cradled him gently in her arms and ran her fingers through his hair and began to trace random shapes on his hip where his shirt had lifted a little bit showing a bit of his skin and the top waistline of his underwear

"Why can't my dad just care for me" Montgomery cried and clutches onto his girlfriend for dear life as his body shook and rough sobs escaped his mouth "I never did anything wrong to him"

"Some people are just bad people monty. There monsters who think that they are better and that they can get away with hurting people" Ella said and didn't hesitate before adding "but not you monty. You are the most beautiful human being that I have ever met"

"I didn't think it was possible to love a person as much as I love you" Montgomery whispers and looks up at her and their eyes meet "before you came into my life I was nothing. I felt nothing. If it wasn't for you I'd be lost. I'm so fucking lucky that you came into my life"

Neither of them said anything else to each other, they just held each other in their arms. They wanted this moment to last forever. Neither of them knew what they would do if they lost each other.

Ella knew that Montgomery made bad choices and he was a dick to people. But that isn't the real him, Montgomery showed her a different side of him. A side that he would let only her see. A side that overpowered all of his flaws, the flaws that made the girl love him even more. She loved him, flaws and all. He didn't see any flaws in the girl. He loved every single thing about her, she was perfect to him. And he was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure she was okay.

"Do you believe I'm soulmates" Montgomery suddenly asks

"Yeah I guess I do" Ella smiles "do you?"

"Yeah. You're my soulmate" Montgomery said "you're what makes me believe in soulmates

When Montgomery looked at the girl he remembered a quote that his sister told him. He said it was how she would describe their love and it was 'I loved her, not for the way she danced with my angels but for the way the sound of her name could silence my demons'
