The moon only stares

4 3 0

From the darkening skies
Through the cracking walls
To my enlarging scars
Down to the breaking bawls

Stars descended with Grace
Kissing the nasty purples
Stroking the blues to black
Descending like falling apples

The stars twinkle like your eyes
When the rest of you is darker than the sky
And the blood on your knuckle dries
As you think up another lie

How clumsy of me,
I couldn't see the door handle
How terribly improper of me
To wear a blush so big,a scandal

Black and white on you
A holy shield
Black and blue on me
I look like shit

Men in Black and White
Remind me of midnight,
When your demons want me in plain sight
Under the useless stare of the moon

Swallowing children I will never birth
A sin is only one, when the sun is up
And finally your demons get some rest
The growl is now of a pup

One adorning black and white
With magical hands that heal
And white pearly teeth that don't bite
Unless it's at night and I become a meal
