Chapter 20 ~What did i miss~

Lena's POV
We entered jacks hospital room Zach was asleep in a chair right next to the bed. His phone was playing music. I came over to Zach kissing his forehead. Moving hair out his eyes. "Poor Zach." Daniel said coming over to jacks side. "You know jack had this amazing idea for a song he wanted to tell me at the venue he was gonna y'all to me once he arrived but when he didn't." Daniel said sitting on a bench near the back of the room. I sigh and just then a doctor comes in. "Hello." He said. "Hi." I say just then Olivia comes in. "Oh hey guys." She says and I wave flashing a smile. "So the doctor has some news." She said as the doctor goes through some papers. "Ok so Mr Avery is excepted to wake in the next week according to the progress of his health and recovery." My face lights up and Daniel sits up listening. "That's great!" I say and the doctor nods. "Do to the impact his arm does have a little more healing to go through." He says and we all nod. Zach moves in his sleep causing everyone to look in his direction. "Oh hi people." He mumbled. We all kinda laugh.
ZachPOV
My phone started ringing and Phoenix's name popped up on my screen. "I'll be right back guys." I say exiting the room. "Hey Phoenix." I said smiling. "Hey Zachy how are you doing?" She asked I blushed at the nickname. "I'm doing a little better doctor said Jack should wake up soon because of his success in recovery." I say as I lean on the wall of the hallway. "Awesome, I'm glad to hear that he's doing better...I miss you." She mumbles making my heart jump. "I miss you too." I say. "Um I have to go I have some midnight homework to do." She says I forgot it was late at night for her. "Ok don't stress your self to kuch Phi." I say. "Don't worry about me I'll talk to you later bye zachy." She said her accent being so amazing and soft in my ear. "Goodnight Phi." I say as I hang up. I shove my phone in my pocket heading back to the room. "Who was on the phone." Lena asked me as I walked in. "Just Phoenix." I say shrugging. She raises and eyebrow then looks away. "Wanna come with me to get some food from the cafe down stairs let's get you out this room for a little." Lena says as Olivia and Daniel has already left. "Fine." I say as we walk out going down stairs.
We meet Olivia and Daniel downstairs and sit and eat. "Oh I left my phone up in jacks room." Daniel said. "Here let's go get it." Lena says getting up with him.
Daniels POV
We get up to the room and I can't find my phone. "I swear I set it down right here." I say looking through things. I huff in frustration and Lena laughs at me. "What's so funny?" I say. "Nothing your just cute when your mad." She says smiling and I can't help but smile back. I come towards her pecking her. Lips. "What the?!?" My head shoots to the side and jack is laying there eyes opening and closing slowly. "Um what did I miss?"
