I looked at him seriously and pinned him to the wall

"Try a stunt like that again with my students and u might just find ur self a finger short then we can see how useful ur quirk is"

He looked in my eyes and was shocked

He started to squirm in my grip but I just tightened mine

"Let go of me"

He looks so cute when he isn't being an ass hole

I put my face where his ear and neck join and chuckle

I felt him stop all movement and shiver

"You asked me why I don't take u in well that's easy I don't favour the system at the moment and I don't agree with some villains, don't try a stunt like that again got it cupcake"

I took a nip from his ear and heard him make a surprised squeak.

I then moved my head away from him again and took his chin

"Next time u might not like what I will do to u if u try that again so don't blow it"

He shut his eyes tightly and gave another nod

I then slipped a piece of paper and a chapstick into his  pocket and left him there after saying

"See u soon ...but not to soon cupcake"

Shigaraki POV

as Kihan left I took a few breaths and messaged kuragiri to send a portal to me

I waited for about a minute and the portal opened

I walked threw and sat down at the bar

"What's wrong ur not normally this quiet"

I looked at him and got a bit upset

"What is that suppose to mean"

He put his hands up in a surrender type of manner and said," I'm just saying that something is obviously on ur mind cause u would be plotting, complaining or even just talking about something random"

I gave a sigh knowing that he was right

He past me a drink and said curiously

"Want to talk about it"

I gave a shrug and started anyway some days I swear his like my phycologist and best friend the way he listens

"So I saw that green haired kid that loves all might do much but he wasn't alone
He was with that new pro hero that came from America"

He tipped his head while he dried a glass

"I'm not seeing the point"

"The point is my quirk doesn't work on Kihan, he seems immune somehow
I was caught by another one of that peski class 1A but he dragged me out, threatened me and then I think he flirted with me and then he walked off saying that he will see me soon but not to soon"

Kuragiri gave a chuckle and said," he sounds strange in my opinion"

Just as I was about to agree with him but the new brat Dabi and freaky girl Toga came in

"What u talking about "

I rolled my eyes at the girl but kuragiri spoke sadly

"It seems that a hero has let shigarki over here go with just a warning"

Dabi looked interested and said," which hero was it"

I then spoke,"I believe his name is Kihan but his hero name is elementos"

Dabi looked shocked and said," wait wait wait is his name Kihan mineta"

"I believe so why"

He took a seat and said," I used to babysit him as a child"

I looked at him shocked and said," if he knows u would be become a villain"

He shook his head and said," that's not how he sees things he was always stubborn, so the way he sees things is that he will protect hero, citizens and villain if he finds them with good good enough motives"

I gave a nod and then said,"my quirk was useless against him do u maybe know why"

Dabi shook his head and stretched his arms

"Nope sorry he got his quirk at a late period so nope "

I gave a nod and swinged my finger in a  circle showing kurigiri to pour me another round

"Hey shigi What is that in ur pocket"

I looked at my pocket that toga was talking about and saw a piece of paper and a ChapStick

I then read the note outlook

Hear is some chapstick for u cause u really need it
Try and stay out of trouble or I might just have to find u and take u down
Wear the chapstick and don't go near my students

Deku and I had just finished telling the police what happened but I might have left out what happened in the alley

He then took us outside and dekus mother came out crying about him

I put my hand on her shoulder and said," hello miss midoria I just want to say that ur son was very brave and calm in that circumstance and I promise u that I will not give up on ur son "

She gave me a tearful smile and then hugged her son

I will try and post another chapter tonight
