Chapter 33: the one with the breakfast

"Good morning Rebecca." Sophia came, sat down on chair while busy surfing her phone. Thats why she didnt see it was me. So I thought to make my presence know.

"Good morning Sophia." My sound definitely sounded different to her because next thing she jumped in her chair.

"Damn, you scared the shit out of me."
She said putting her hand to her heart.

"I am sorry. I didnt mean to scare you." I pouted.

"Thats okay. What are you doing here?"

"Well I spent the night here." I said sheepishly.

"Oh my my. Fuck. You guys used protection right? I dont want aunt duties so early." She got so excited.

And I got embarrased. I didnt know what to say but Chris saved me from this.

"Language young lady!!" Chris came from behind.

"Yes yes old man" Sophia laughed. Hearing that I also started laughing.

"Em, I am on your side and you are laughing with her? Come on." Chris said while coming towards us.

"Okay okay young guy have a seat. Today I have made breakfast."

Chris pecked me on lips, "Lovely."

I blushed.

"Okay, if your PDA is over guys can this hungry girl get breakfast?" Sophia said.

"Yeah right in." I said and went to the kitchen to bring pancakes.

"Come on please Chris. You also went to trips like these. Then why not me??" Sophia whinned.

"Because you are very young."

"So you were quite old when you went to these trips?"

I laughed at it.

"These are your pancakes Sophia. And these are your Chris." I served them.

Both of them took the bite,

"It is freaking delicious Em." Chris said.

"Emily, will you marry me?" Sophia asked.

I burst into laughter along Sophia too started laughing. But Chris couldnt understand anything. Men.

"Chris dont worry I am still your girlfriend." I said between the laughs.

"Thats good. I was shocked."

"Okay so Sophia what were you asking Chris before?"

I also sat and started eating.

"Oh that. This guy over here is not allowing me to go to 3 day trip to Boston."

"Why not Chris?"

"Because she is very young."

"Oh come on Chris. Theses trips are meant to be for when we are in college."

"I know but no." Chris said.

"Chris please all my friends are going." Sophia said.

"Sophia no means no." Chris sternly said.

"Chris what is the real reason?" I asked.

"Em!!"

"Chris tell us."

"Okay real reason is Ryan. He would be there. I dont want that."

"Chris so you think I am not capable enough to fight him."

"No. But I dont want you to get hurt. Thats it."

"Chris trust me. I am your sister. I will knock his balls off if he tries to do anything. Please."

Chris chuckled, thought for a moment, and said, " Fine you can go."

"Yay" Sophia and I said in unison.

"Thank you Chris. I love you."

"I love you too."

"And thanks Emily you too. Love you."
She gave a kiss on my cheek.

"Its nothing." I brushed it off.

"Okay. I am going to college love birds. Meet you soon Emily."

"Take care. " I said.

And she left.

"You know me well Em."

I smiled.

"Now I will leave too. I have few meetings to attend."

"Yes I too have meetings."

We kissed and then I got dressed. Then I left.
