Just -- one of them is making sure Louis doesn't escape his isolation room.
Another is making sure their city doesn't destroy itself (because heroes and villains in their universe don't wear dramatic costumes -- ish -- and their city is in a tight budget)
And another is keeping track of all the inmates and staff in their uh -- rehab.
