When a traumatic situation happens, it doesn't just affect you mentally.
Your stomach can twist in the worst way.
And you may not have an appetite even though you were hungry just a moment ago.
But you know you shouldn't worry.
Yet, you just can't help it.
You feel the weight of it setting in.
    You can't help it.
That's how the fear of the unknown feels.
You don't know what's going to happen next.
Maybe you have hope and you try so hard to hold onto it.
You have to keep reminding yourself that you will be okay.
It's a stressful feeling, but you try so hard and you can't help it that you feel anxious.
    It will be okay.
Keep reminding yourself even if you're not sure.
The best thing you can do is keep going.
Take the bad to get to the good is something I've heard people say.
    And keep trying.
Try to relax because it may be the only way to calm down.
Just try not to worry yourself sick.
