Chapter 3

Lannie hummed. "Yea she just sent me a text asking if we want to come over for brunch. She cooked."

I laughed. "Only Amelia can get that drunk and wake up the next morning with so much energy." Lannie snorted in agreement.

"Well Imma get up, shower, dress and head that way."

"Alright see you!"

With that I noticed I too had a message from Amelia. I quickly hit her up letting her know I would be over shortly.

About a hour and half later my uber was pullin up to her house. Amelia's bug was parked in the driveway. An Bumblebee and a lanky guy stood smiling on the porch. At seeing me pull up Amelia grinned.

"Morning V!" She called out.

I smirked and gave a two finger salute.

Bumblebee gave me a goofy grin when I walked up.

"Good Morning Vonnie. How are you feeling?"

I snorted. "Drained. Hoping this brunch wakes me up. You guys eating too."

Bumblebee sighed and shook his head. "No, Sam and I have to get back to the others."

At hearing Sam's name I turned to him and gave a friendly smile. Sam grinned and shook my hand.

"Nice to meet you. Bee tells me all of you guys got pretty wasted last night. Next time my girlfriend Mikaela and I want to join."

I laughed. "The more the merrier I guess."

Sam snickered and nodded. " Bee eyes glowed happily watching us all interact. Amelia bit her lip and seemed to be trying to keep her eyes off Bee. Who in return was doing the Same.

Sam slapped Bumblebee on the shoulder playfully. "Come on Bee, Optimus and the others will be wondering where you ran off too."

Bee rolled his eyes but moved to Amelia to give her a warm hug. She blushed and looked up at him.

"I'll see you later Milli." Bee said sweetly.

Amelia blushed at the cute nickname and nodded. "Alright Bee. Thank you for bringing my car. I appreciate it."

Bee beamed. "Anything for you."

Amelia blushed and brushed a lock of red hair behind her ear. Bee gave her a goofy grin before saying goodbye to me and walking off to altmode. Amelia and I waved bye to both Sam and Bee before heading in the house.

Amelia was smiling to herself. I snorted. "He totally wants to frag." I joked

Amelia blushed, seeming to know what the word frag meant.

Amelia was just making our plates when Lannie pulled up.

We all caught up and laughed about all the events that had transpired over the last 24 hours.

It was near the end of brunch when we all received a text.

Good Afternoon ladies, We will be meeting at 5:30 pm tonight. Daisy Burns & Head Medical Officer Ratchet will be conducting a introductory seminar for cybertronian culture and living. We ask you arrive in a timely fashion. This event will be held outside at Emerald Lagoon.

Well looks like were still in there...

Amelia fixed her dress as we walked over to the large Gazebo where the seminar was being held.

Each of us decided to wear bathing suits and cute flowy cover up dresses so that after the seminar we could chill by the manmade beach.

The seminar was only a hour and there would be more then enough time to have some night time fun.
