Part 22 (Sleepover)

One year ago, I went to Gwangju, my hometown, to meet my parents and sister after a long time. I missed everyone very much. When they saw me, they almost cried cause we met after almost 1 year. I stayed there for 1 month.

And the last week of the month, I stayed with my friends. We all ate, played games, danced and had fun all day. And at night, we slept while joking and talking about random stuffs. I enjoyed a lot. But the memorable thing happened at Minsoo's house.

We are friends since childhood. He is like a brother to me. Me and some of my other friends planned to pass the night at his house. He happily agreed. We enjoyed every moment. Before going to bed, Minsoo advised, "Has any of you ever heard of Bloody Mary?"

Everyone knows about it. So we all nodded. Then he mysteriously smiled and said, "Wanna meet Bloody Mary?" We looked at each other. Because we weren't that brave, you know, specially me. Minsoo still said, "C'mon guys! Its gonna be fun! And we're all together here, right? Don't be scared, scaredy cats!"

Even when everyone finally agreed, I denied. But no one listened to me. So I had to go with them. We all went inside the bathroom and Minsoo brought four candles. He put the candles in front of the mirror and looked at us, chuckling. And he said, "Does anyone know what to say now?" Jaehyun said, "I know. You have to say 'Bloody Mary' three times. So, should I only say or you guys will say too?" I replied, "You say. Cuz I don't wanna." He wiggled his eyebrows and said, "Why why?! You scared bro?" I kicked him slightly to shut him up.

Baekwon suddenly said, "I don't think Bloody Mary will come. Cause we are not alone here, we are together. So I think dear Bloody Mary won't waste her valuable time for us morons." But everyone ignored him saying, "Yes she will. Just wait and watch." I told Jaehyun, "Just say 'Bloody Mary' three times. Quick." Everyone hummed in response.

So Jaehyun looked at the mirror and said, "Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary."

And suddenly everything was all quiet. We couldn't hear anything because everything was all silent. I think if a mosquito had sneezed that time, we would've heard it loud and clear. Suddenly I felt cold breeze touching my skin. I was shivering for this feeling. I tried to look at other's face but also I couldn't move my eyes from looking at myself on the mirror. I felt like if I move my eye from myself and look again, I would have to see something unbelievable.

We didn't know how many centuries have passed. Suddenly, Minsoo said, "Alright break it out. Maybe she's busy right now, scaring other people." We all sighed. Baekwon sighed the loudest, saying, " Already told y'all." We nodded and got out of the bathroom. We didn't know what to do then. Minsoo again advised us to play Charlie Charlie Challenge. But we shut him up. He really wanted to meet a ghost that night as we thought.

e tried to forget everything and went to sleep. And one by one, we all went into our dreamlands.

Everyone hummed and Namjoon replied, "Okay."

Hoseok then said, "Yeah so, let me continue now."

Tae confusingly said, "The story's not finished?" Hoseok smilingly replied, "You wish. The main part hasn't even started. So, let me say.

Suddenly I woke up. I tried to look around but it was too dark. I checked the time on my phone, 3:33 am. What a time, the numbers are all three. I laid inside my sleeping bag but I couldn't sleep. I couldn't understand why but later I realised that I was feeling thirsty. And I wouldn't ignore it. So I came outside the sleeping bag and tried to find a water bottle. But there wasn't any.
