They woke up quite late in the morning, and hurried to get ready. Isis absolutely wanted to go for a sail on the HMS Pogue, and John B obviously agreed. They were the first to wake up, and met in the kitchen to eat a small breakfast.
"Are you sure your coffee isn't out-of-date?" asked Isis with a grin.
"No, you can go for it," assured John B.
"Great."
She filled up two mugs, and gave one of them to her friend.
"What are we doing?" she asked. "Do we wake them up or nah?"
"Did they say they wanted to come?"
"Kie did, 100 percent. Don't know about the others."
"... Guess we'll have to wait then."
She nodded.
"But not too long. If they're not ready within like... 15 minutes--"
"They won't be."
Isis chuckled.
"Yeah, you're right. Alright then. I'll deal with JJ, see about Pope."
She left her coffee mug on the table, and went back to the room she slept in. JJ was still snoring, his arms wrapped around a pillow. Isis went straight to the windows and lifted the shutters.
"Come on, buddy, time to wake up!"
JJ grunted and hid his face in the pillow.
"Iz, you're the worst," he complained with a smothered voice.
"Hey! Words can hurt," she replied.
She snatched the pillow from his hands. He had to narrow his eyes because of the light.
"I didn't mean it," he said with a grin.
"Then get your ass up, sleepyhead. We're going for a ride this morning, and then we'll have to go to your job to check the coordinates on internet, so it's gonna be a busy day. You better be quick."
