Alphys shifted in her seat uncomfortably. She was sitting really close to Undyne but she didn't feel secure
With how things had been going, she worried for Sans' sanity and Frisk's emotional well being
She cared for both of them but it was still a thought in her mind that would not leave, especially Sans'. Afterall, that alternate timelie had to have come from somewhere. It must have happend for it to exist
It chilled her that Sans had resorted to such...vial measures to get a point across to Chara but really, she couldn't talk. She hadn't gone through what he had gone through. Hadn't seen what he had see
She was also extremely worried for Frisk. She was only a child. How was she handling this? She seemed really attached to Sans and seeing him...like he was in 'dusttale' must have not sat right with her
"Hey, Alphys? You okay babe?" Undyne asked, snapping Alphys out if her thoughts
"O-Oh yes. I'm alright. J-Just thinking" She staammerd. Undyne didn't seem convinced but she didn't get the chance to answer as Frosty appeared again
"Okay, let's go over this" She said in a unenthusiastic way. The girl snapped her fingers and a image came up that made shivers run down everyone's spines

"Killertale"
No one could tear their eyes away from the screen, especially Sans and Frisk. It was one thing to see Sans in dusttale. It was another to see him like this, his deformed soul and black tar running out of his eyes with such a grim smile and such a sharp knife
Frisk knew thoes features all to well. They had haunted her for years, even after Chara's defeat, and in her nightmares. She clung onto Sans more who moved her so she was curled up in his embrace
"W-What is this?" Alphys asked with a shakey voice
"This is a time line where either Sans accepts a deal from Chara or Chara possesses him because he gave up the Wil to fight her. I get mixed up but that's not the point. The point is, Chara is controlling Sans and instead of making Frisk do a genoside...she makes Sans"
"God..." Undyne mummbeld in shock. No one really knew what to say. What do you say?
Sans felt his soul beat at a rapid rate, so fast it was hurting but he didn't draw attention. It wasn't that painful. The thought of him being controlled was more painful anway
He didn't like seeing himself in dusttale and he didn't like seeing himself like this! It only made the thought that this could have been their REALITY more real and more painful
