Isabels POV

I feel that we are in the car

  Mattia yells "Drive faster"

  I feel myself getting weaker and weaker

I feel mattia carry me inside and they set me down

  And start taking me in but mattia didn't want to leave me

"i-its...o-o-okay...i w-will a-always l-love y-you" I say

  I pass out

   Mattias Pov

As we rush Isabel I didn't want to leave her

"i-its...o-o-okay...i w-will a-always l-love y-you" isabel says as she passes out

They take her in

those words repeated in my head

"Its okay I will always love you"

I was broken once again

if I loose her I'll never be the same

I can't let her go

~hours later~

After hours of waiting I go to the nurse

The nurse says "I don't think she will make it"

I rush to her room

Isabels POV (you)

I was weak I felt like I was dying

Then mattia came

"Please don't leave me ok" mattia says crying

"if I don't make it let me go and move on ok can u do that for me?" I say weakly and crying

Mattias Pov

As she says that I can't I love her to much

I can't let her go

"I can't I love u" I say

"Please promise me ok if I don't make it u won't let me hold u back from moving on" isabel says crying

"I can't" I say crying

"Please" Isabel said as a tear rolled down her tear

"o-okay i p-promise" I say

I hold her hand

"I love u" Isabel says

"I love u too" I say

*beep beep beep beep* the heart monitor started going quicker as she stop breathing

As she lets go my hand

"NURSE!" I yell

Nurses come and try to bring her back

Couple minutes later I hear one of the nurses say

"Time of death 1:45am"

I run in

"BRING HER BACK" I say

"We are sorry mr.polibio but we can't shes gone I'm so sorry for ur loss" the nurse says as they leave

I see her lifeless body and I cry

I was broken again

My heart was shattered

I felt empty

The boys come in and comfort me

Isabels POV (you)

I was....dead?!

I enter through the bright light

I see my cousin I run up to her and hug her

"What how are u here" she asks

                   "I died taking a bullet for mattia" I say

"I missed u!" She says

  "But it's not ur time yet isabel" she says

"What" I say

        She showed me mattia

  "He needs u without u he could hurt himself" she says

  "He promised he would move on if I died" I say

"he loves u too much don't u see u made him different u need to go back" she says

  "Ok I will" I say

     "I will be watching u ok " she says

I hug her one last time and she sent me back

  Mattia Pov

  I gave isabel one last kiss and we left to our house

  I get there and go to my room and just smoke

  Isabels POV (you)

  I wake up I'm alive again

"NURSE" I yell

  Nurses run in

  "Your alive!" The nurses says

  They clap and celebrate

   They run tests on me

          "Do u want me to call mattia?" The nurse says

"No I think I'm going to surprise him" I say

"your a miracle" the nurse says

"Yeah" I say

           "Listen take care of mattia ok he needs u he truly loves u ok" the nurse says

  "Ok I will" I say

     Sooner or later they released me and I get a Uber back home
