"Enki! Hoshi! Come down for breakfast!" A young woman called down to her eldest children as she bottlefed her newborn daughter. "Coming mom!" yelled Hoshi, the second oldest child.
Enki, being the only boy in the family besides his father, felt severely outnumbered in the house. Your father was fairly busy with hero work. He was not a big hero, but he was well known around your town.
Once Enki came down, so did your father. "Aneko Dear, have you seen my glasses? I need to run by the agency to grab paperwork." "Uhm Dad? Aren't those your glasses on the top of your head?" Said Hoshi as she ate a bowl of cereal.
"Oh.. Thanks Sushi." Hoshi cringed slightly as she heard her father call her by her old nickname she insisted everyone in the family call her. "Honey I thought you said today off? Is everything alright?" Aneko, your mother, asked your father Ryozo.
"Yes Dear, everything is perfectly fine. I just wanted to bring some paperwork home that way I am not behind. Kids, you need to get going or else you'll be late for school" Ryozo said as he checked the time.
"Crap!" Both Enki and Hoshi said in unison as they grabbed some toast, kissed their newborn sibling on the forehead and hugged their parents goodbye as the ran to school.
Aneko looked at you, sleeping peacefully. "Your elder siblings may be lazy and dense at some times...but they will become extraordinary pro heros one day." Your mother gently caressed your face and smiled softly "Just like you chickpea..."
