What she wears: black shoes, jeans, hoodie and wears a mask that is half black and half white. The black side has a white frown while the other side has a black smile
Story: She kills those who bully people or are bullied even kills teens that did something wrong like steal something. She cuts her victim tongue and craves a smile and a frown her on her victim. She leaves a razor blade next to her victim but before she kills them she says "It's A Cruel World" or "Its A Cruel World isn't it".
