"Mama there's still enough time to NOT adopt him😗" I said with a cheeky smile😌
"Mattia we've been over this" my ma rolls her eyes
"but ma i don't need any new siblings I already have Gianluca..and he's annoying as fuck" I said that last part under my breath...I wasn't trying to loose my life over here
"We already adopted him, so there's nothing you can do about it...now go and fix his room up"
I roll my eyes and walk upstairs

Ugh this house is to big..I'm not complaining but we're a family of 4...we don't need a mansion
By the time I got to the orphans nroom I heard the doorbell ring..I sighed and rolled my eyes "I guess he's here" I said to myself while fixing the bed sheets
A few minutes I heard someone yell my name
"MATTIA HE'S HERE GET DOWN HERE AND SAY HI" I heard my mother yell "ugh OK MA ILL BE THERE IN A SECOND"

Kairis POV

I was sitting on a bench in the orphanage with a bag...yeah 1 bag not 2...I'm pretty much broke, even when I first got in here....
my dad left when I was born..and my mom died in a car crash while driving back home from work....she had to work 3 jobs just to feed me and my sister...it's basically my fault for being born...and me and my sis got sent to two different orphanages when I was 11 and she was 6...her name is maiya and she is beautiful...I miss her so much....but before we left eachother I gave her one of my rings...just in case we somehow meet again...I guess you can say my life is shit..I only have two different outfits, I usually steal cause I need money for food because this orphanage starves us on some days
I've been to 7 different homes since I was 12...
Yeah 12 can you believe it
In all of them I've been...abused...raped...bullied by my so called "siblings"
Yeah I know crazy I'm pretty numb to it
And that's why I have major trust issues..
That's me...kairi consentino...I'm not much to look at either...I'm gay haha guilty😌...I try to stay happy but when I'm alone I'm...less happy...

While I was waiting for my next care taker to take me home I saw a man walk through the door
"Hello ma'am" he said standing in front of the desk upfront "I'm here for kairi consentino"
My head shot up from my lap
"Yup he's sitting on the bench over there please, take him and leave" she said annoyed and on her phone "o-oh alright well hello there kairi" "h-hello mr. polibio" "formal..I like it...come on kido...would you like me to hold your bags for ya" "u-uh no I'm alright thanks" jeez I thought this would be easier "alright let's go" he said"

We walked outside to a Lamborghini
"I-is that your car!" "Yep one of many" I was speechless "you've never seen one?" "Only on a computer" I said mesmerizing the car "well hop in kid"
We got into the car and started driving
"So...how is the orphanage" "I-it's...really something" "oh yeah...tell me about it" "well it's...they're abusive you know..and in there...on some days they wouldn't even fead us...on some days I would have to steal...just to eat" I said on the verge of tears.... "oh my...kairi I'm very sorry.." "no worries" "do you want me to sue them" he said laughing "WHAT!" He chuckled "I'm a lawyer kid" "oh...well where would the kids go" "to a new orphanage...how about we make one" "th-that would mean the world to me...for all the kids that have been abused and-" "don't worry kairi...your safe now"
He started making me more comfortable...maybe this will be my last house...

We passed by a couple mansions until the car fully stopped..
"Where are we?" I asked confused " your new home kairi" he replied
