The accident (A NaLu fanfiction)

Woops.

Natsu and Lucy were on a tough job. They were fighting a huge monster from destroying anymore of the city.
"Open! Gate of The Golden Bull! Taurus!" Lucy shouted!
"Hellooo miss Lucy~ I see your looking  as mooving as always!" The cow said in his usual perverted manner. "This isn't the time for that! Now attack the monster!" "Whatever you say miss Lucyyy"
Taurus swong his giant axe and cut off a good part of the monster's arm "Alright!" Lucy shouted in joy

Natsu was also getting really good hits but it wasn't  doing enough damage.
"I'M GONNA GO ALL OUT!" Natsu screamed.

Because of his constant months of training his fire had gotten hotter. It got so hot it could probably burn someone.

But, in his moment of heat he failed to realize that the blast would not only hit the monster if he went all out.
"Fire dragon...ROARRR!"

And at that moment Lucy looked to the left and jumped in fear. As she flew through the air she felt a sharp burning pain in her right ankle. Lucy hit the ground with a painful thud. "Ouch!"

Back on Natsu's end he had defeated the  monster with that one blow. "Awesome! Lucy did you see that-" "Lucy are you alright...?" "Y-yeah my ankle just hurts a bit"

Natsu ran over to see what happened. "Let me see your ankle" He looked down and his face changed dramatically. "It's.
...burnt." "Don't  worry about me Natsu, I'll be fine" Lucy got up and attempted to walk. She imididentaly fell over. "I'll just carry you back to the guild!" Natsu said with a grin. "Fine..." Natsu picked Lucy up and put her on his back. "Comfy?" "Yeah".

Natsu seemed fine but on the outside, but on the inside his guilt was slowly building up more and more.The fact that he hurt Lucy with basically his own hands. But I can't think about that right now I have to get Lucy to the guild so Wendy could help her heal Natsu thought to himself
