what magics return really means.

Part 1 intro

I don't know the first time the world reawakened to magic being real but I remember the most powerful moment attached to those early times, least for me.
early morning in new york its famous city hovering between the highest buildings was a person or better standing there upside down in the void that was said for this person doing the impossible, surely this was gage someone on a string between the building screamed across every media source.
suddenly the figure went from standing still to walking around when it turned lunchtime always looking up or down for the normal souls on the ground as if seeking something, which isn't impossible being he was actually upside down and watching for something in the growing crowd below it at least what was assumed.
the figure had a mask covering it a full length only what could be assumed is leather purple and red duster, and for a better part of three hours since dawn, it had been seen clearly drawing more attention as it walked a random pattern killing the illusion it was tied off.
as the first news helicopter came into the figure's airspace it went from watching the streets below to the copter positioning almost in defense of the thing entering its space, then it took a frightening step backward as a loudspeaker called out for it almost lost in the thrumming for the copter's blades.
then suddenly the figure dives towards the ground only to bank off full right just above the crowd scrambling to escape in shock the sight of the figure was lost in the panic a report flooded the news of more and more unexplained events.
5 years later magic is common practice suddenly causing upheaval in the ruling order of society, the biggest weaponized nuclear material vanished suddenly and every trace of refined radiation version even in accident locations disappeared.
even amongst the internal magical community the "who did this or could " was said in aw almost frightful tones mostly because this was the first of the media blasted images of magic and the reemergence of the percentage of the populous that had hidden to keep magic hidden. I wake up tired mostly because my attempt at rest had been fitful, to say the least as some idiot had hit the heavy scaled armored vehicle I call home from time to time in the middle of the night and woken me as he slides his piece of the crap car from under the back of my (let us call it a van being it's not from a model type the exist) van causing this scream of metal to award my fresh from the sobering mind. the impending headache carried from then on after I forced the van back into shape with a spell and had to deal with cops very unhappy I had done so without allowing them to take pictures for evidence. see despite magic coming back out the world is still so used to the common reactions to such things well magic still throws off the idea of normalization that humans clutch to insanely which didn't work but none the less I was able to get them to leave me be after another 3 hours while dealing with a pulsing headache cops who couldn't stop a little fairy mostly because the fairies are very vicious despite many being animalistic in nature. its 9 a.m. and settle for waking despite my torment leading me to want to go back to sleep and try and rest thru the horror I felt from my overindulgence, it was floating mans week which always for me had the morbid feel as it was the beginning to the end of a culture so assured their fantasies meant nothing and their brief attempt to stutter the change an honestly it was really quick. besides all the nasty nukes being gone, it was also both the American leadership and the Russian and some of a few other countries exploded one day when they attempted to meet up and put down the "magical threat" across the planet, and by exploded I mean turned to meat puddles in a moment and ever damn ad running for the next 24 hours explained why. you see from billboards(already preprinted) papers, magazines (preprinted and in some cases read), and every ad on video media from youtube and live tv we're saying to avoid a stupid attempt on a war that someone had just wiped out the corrupt officials across the planet and that the world was a planet not a series of city-states and that for 8 months every military force on the earth a there equipment had been moved to avoid more issues would return as soon as the months out. all criminals' illegal drugs that caused harm supplies money and weapons had vanished and didn't return. see every one-wall street suddenly had nothing trees across every desert appeared and every damn trash dump sight was gone or emptied of none renewable material. it's like someone was ahead of the conflict and wanted to assure the world it wasn't going to die off and will give life back to the planet alongside its populace oh and someone on life tv returned all these bees on the planet over an hour-long show just suddenly showing up in a country and leaving hives of species that had been local and boom leaving. don't get me wrong people lost their shit and the catholic church still won't allow anyone in or out of the Roman city but despite it all people just settled mostly because suddenly they are free in so many ways that they didn't know how this was bad in any way. 5 years later the planets made up a one-planet government system but they don't have control over the magical populace just work alongside a leadership elect that just helped the shift well after the military returned weaponless there was no way to force a nation under another's will and no more nations. now some people would say that where the story ends the world is set right a perfect world thanks to magical everything stepping in, notice I didn't say everyone was rich and that there are no more homeless or people dying from sickness? see both societies agreed that the wealth system could stay (removing those out to harm society as a whole for no reason other than to maybe gain from it) an this meant that even amongst the magical there was defination of poor mind you a completly different oppion of its self.
like me I'm wandering poor not homeless, the van is construction of my own magical ability to be mobile home not shabby but not easily compared to a brick an stoop home but it's better then sleeping on the street.
i have a shower sink toilet combo an a eating space but above it all was a queen bed i slept on with star light view.
basically people are free to provide for themselves with there abilities but also free to fail with a low level of abilities but not die due to lack of capabilities.
it's a honestly cruel but simple system to not create another war due to lack of power soul's using influence to overcome those stronger in well power just to weaken others so any soul can have permanent lead over others.
don't misunderstand me their still elected officials an representative but leadership or worth at both natural an potential hold an was empathic to that couldn't do so.
