Promises - Ongoing

-Prologue-

There was an anomaly with the sun, it had released a strong solar flare. The strongest that has been recorded ever. It was strong enough that it caused the whole entire planet lose power completely, everyone went in complete panic. There was no way to talk to anyone, or understand what was going on. 

No one knew what had happened, except the scientist that kept an eye on events such as these. However, what they didn't know was that this event cause certain things on eight young kid's DNA to wake up, and rearrange. 

-Kim Namjoon, Age: 11 

Little Namjoon was home studying, and reading his books. He always had an affinity to be studious, and be a hard worker. It was obvious to all his teachers that the kid was extremely smart. The fateful day of the solar flare, Namjoon immediately looked up as everything became extremely bright. It almost looked like a giant firework had exploded. "Oh a solar flare, seems like the whole world most likely lost power. If I'm correct most of the world lost power, even if I were to build something, we won't have the power to be able to utilize any electricity for a few days" Namjoon mumbled to him, before his eyes widening "Shit, when did I become so smart" Namjoon mumbled as he sat up 

"Hyung !" A little voice called from the hallway 

-Kim Y/N, Age: 7 

Y/N was a pretty average kid, and happened to be the younger sibling of Namjoon. He was playing with his toys when the solar flare happened. Everything lit up, and caught little Y/N's attention. "woah! that's so cool! I wonder if hyung saw it too !" Y/N mumbled excitedly, not realizing his little brown eyes had now changed into a bright red color. 

He rushed out of his room, calling for his brother "Hyung!" Y/N continued to shout until he got the his brother's room. "Did you see the bright light !" Y/N asked excitedly 

"Ye-" Namjoon was going to aswered, but then noticed his little brother's eyes "Y/N, are you wearing contacts?" Namjoon questioned the younger "Contacts? What's that?" Y/N asked 

Namjoon chuckled amused at his younger brother "Your eyes, they are red, it looks like this solar flare has done something to us" 

Y/N looked at the other confused, when he suddenly had the urge to sneeze. "ah- Ah- aH- AH-Chew!" Y/N sneeze, but a bright flame came out of his mouth. That's when Namjoon's eyes started to glow purple, and the chair floated in front of him covering him from the flames 

"Woah, that was cool" Y/N chuckled 

-Kim Taehyung, Age: 10 

Taehyung was your usual, overly hyper kid that was always smiling. He was at home, helping his mother with the dishes, when everything became bright white for a few seconds. Taehyung's mother was shocked and surprised, even more when the electricity went out. "Eomma, what was that?" The little boy asked completely scared. "I'm not sure, let me try to call Appa" She explained as she grabbed her phone, but saw no signal, 

Taehyung was confused, so he waled to his room. Not noticing his eyes were now a bright yellow color. He slowly walked into his room, touching the light switch, and turning it on. "Oh did the electricity come back?" The young boy mumbled softly, that's when he had this tingly feeling on his hand. He slowly looked down at his hands, and he could see electricity current on his finger. This caused the boy to panic, and shake his hands violently, causing lightening bolts to go everywhere, destroying his room. "Uh-oh" Taehyung mumbled once he noticed the destruction that now was his room. 

-Min Yoongi, Age: 13 

Min Yoongi, you average teenager. He was the type of teen to sleep all day if you did not wake him up, and per usual when the solar flare happened he was asleep. He only woke up when this bright flash illuminated his whole room. He groaned as he tried covering himself under the blanket, only causing his whole body to disappear under the blanket. 

Again the teen still too sleepy to even realized what was going on. Soon his mother slam the door open "Yoongi ?!" She yelled worried, only to see and empty bedroom. "Where are you son?! something crazy just happened !" She shouted again trying to look for her son. Suddenly a groan was heard coming from the bed. The mom turned around, worried when he heard the groan. "Yoongi?" She asked as she waled closer to bed. 

Suddenly the black bed sheet started levitating and Yoongi's arm came out of it to rub it's eyes "What happened?" Yoongi asked, but at that point his mom already had passed out. 

-Kim SeokJin, Age: 14

Jin had always had thing for cooking and baking, it was like he got lost in his own little world whenever he cooked anything. He was always so focused, and always wanted to do the very best whenever he did. Per usual, Jin was working on a new recipe when the Solar Flare hit. All the windows in his house lit up, making the the inside way to bright. "What the hell?" Jin mumbled as he looked out the window. 

"Well that was weird" He mumbled as he turned back to the kitchen to see the lights off "Seriously, when I'm in the middle of baking" He groaned as he walked towards the kitchen. "If only I had a candle" He mumbled to himself, walking to the stairs to call out to his mom when he felt tingly on his had. He quickly looked down, and saw the tip of a candle coming out of it. He immediately panicked before running up the stairs screaming for his mom. 

-Jung Hoseok, Age: 11 

Hoseok was playing outside per usual, well not necessarily playing, dancing. The little kid loved dancing, and would practice everyday thinking one day he'd be famous. However, as lovable, and happy as he was, he was also shy which meant he had no friend at the moment. As he continued to dance alone, the only thing in his mind was 'I was I had friend to dance with' 

As he continued his little dance, everything went white, and since he was outside when this happened he went blind for a few seconds. He immediately stopped, and began to panic. He couldn't see anything, his eyes were hurting. As he cried out for his mom he could feel a cold sensation coming out of his mouth and nose. Soon as he started to walk slowly, not knowing where to go, he felt two small hands touch him "Who is it?!" He cried 

"It's okay, we'll help you" One of the clones spoke up

Hoseok was worried, the kid sounded like him, but he was in no position to refused help. The walked to the house, and quickly splashed some water on his eyes. 

"Slowly open your eyes" One of the clones spoke up. 

He slowly opened up his now bright green eyes. He slowly looked around and saw three kids that looked like him "What the-" He froze seeing  them 

"Hose-" The mom came down, only to freeze when she saw four Hoseoks on her living room. 

-Park Jimin, Age: 10  Jeon Jungkook, Age: 8

Jimin was a shy kid. He'd barely go out, or make any friends. But he was lucky he had a neighbor that he had known his whole life. The both of them were playing in Jungkook's house when the flare happen. As soon as the room lit up, they went to look at the window "Woah, you think that was a meteor?!" Jimin shouted as he looked around 

"Maybe it was meteor with an alien, maybe it's an alien spaceship!" Jungkook shouted, leaving the window, and making airplane noises as he ran in circles. As the hyper young kid ran, he looked at Jimin, and he froze immediately "Hyung, your eyes are silver" Jungkook exclaimed as he walked closer 

Jimin froze, he thought Jungkook was kidding "Look!" Jungkook pulled Jimin to the mirror, then noticing his now silver eyes. This is when Jimin started to panic, and small diamonds started to come out of his hand. He started to more, causing them to start shooting out of his body. Jungkook panicked, and covered his face with his arms causing his whole body to turn into metal. Jimin froze when he saw the now metal boy "Jungkook... I think we have super hero powers now" Jimin mumbled as he wiped his tears
