Adam Karev is currently starting his first year internship at Seattle Grace hospital following in the footsteps of his older brother Alex who is also a first year intern at Seattle Grace life seems normal going to bars after work, making friends, working and saving lives but his life is turned upside down when a new doctor comes to the hospital that everyone seems to know called Addison Montgomery the ex of Derek Shepard.
They meet the day before she starts working at the hospital in a bar and have a one night stand the next day when Addison finds out he's an intern things go sideways and she begins to ignore him and Adam doesn't let it stop him as he finds her interesting and attractive but life changes when an unexpected event happens that changes both of their lives forever but brings them closer together than they expected.
