The MV starts with Lilian walking around with Kyun. They're talking together as they enter a building.
Kyun puts her arm around Lilian and puts her arm in her pocket. She hugs her and Lilian's ID card falls out.
This symbolizes Lilian 'losing herself'. Lilian appreciated Kyun so much and spent so much time caring for her words, that she lift herself, her identity.
The MV then shows Y.H., Kyun and Lilian sitting on the edge of a building. Y.H. then drags Lilian with her into the building, while Kyun stays outside. Lilian looks fragile, and weak. She doesn't look or sound like herself.
Skip to the end of the MV, and Y.H. and Lilian come across her (Lilian's) ID card.
She wouldn't have found it if she stayed with Kyun outside.
This is her finding herself.
The side tracks show Lilian introducing herself to Kyun, and loves her, until she loses herself, and wants to go back. She only finds herself when she leaves Kyun.
