"Flat ang tire," Pasok ni Grey sa sasakyan pagkapos lumabas para icheck kung ano ang problema.

Inis ko siyang tiningnan. "Wala ka bang reserba?"

"Mayroon kaso lang mukhang naiwan ko ang tools sa bahay," sumimangot siya.

"So it means, stranded tayo dito?" For the first time since pumasok ako sa sasakyan ni Grey, ngayon lang nagsalita ang nerdy na ex ni Grey.

"Obviosuly," Inikot ko ang mata ko at ipinalampak ang earphones sa tenga. Pero inis ko yung tinangal at dinuro si Grey. "Pero ughhh! This all your fault!" naghyhysterical kong sabi. "Bakit ba kasi tayo nandito sa gubat?! It would be nicer if there's establishments para makahingi naman tayo ng tulong!"

"Oo na, kasalanan ko na. Tsaka may errands kasi ako."

Inirap ko nalang siya.

"It's not your fault, Grey..." mahinhin na sabi ni Bella na may halong pamumula ang pisngi. Tiningnan siya ni Grey at nagkatitigan sila ng ilang segundo.

I unbelievably gazed at those two. "Hey lovebirds! Baka nakalimutan nyo na nandito ako? Parang makatitig wagas ah?"

Umiwas silang dalawa at sinumbatan ako ni Grey. "Kayo naman ni Trevor ah?"

Namula ang pisngi ko. "Shut up and just find a way so we can get outta here!"

Napabugtong hininga si Grey. "There's a village here nearby and it's around 3 kilometers walk. Nandoon ang bahay namin. Hihingi lang ako ng tulong sa mga tauhan."

"That's great! Edi let's go!" Akmang bubuksan ko na ang pintuan ngunit nagsalita ulit si Grey.

"Dapat may maiwan sa sasakyan."

"Edi si ex mo," I blunty said at naging awkward ang surrounding.

"I can't leave a girl alone in the woods."

"Edi ikaw na gentleman," binelatan ko siya.

"So it makes you," tinuro niya ako. "And you," tinuro niya din si BellaNerdy. "Here," turo niya sa kinatatayuan namin.

Okay-

Wait what? Zhavia and Bella alone? A mataray and a nerd?!

"What?!" Sigaw ko.

"Pupunta ako doon at hihingi ako ng tulong kabang kayo at babantay...dito." Grey uttered seriously.

Is he really serious sa sinasabi niya? Me and that nerd, alone, in a car? Enclosed space?! Gosh, I can't breath the same air with her!

This isn't happening right?

Sinapo ko ang noo ko. "Just...go," taboy ko kay Grey. "Hurry," napabugtong hiniga nalang ako. Tumango nalang siya at umalis sa kotse. He mouthed 'take care'. Yeah, whatever.

A few minutes or hours wouldn't hurt that bad right?

I sighed.

"Why do you hate me?" she mumbles.

"I don't hate you, I just don't like you," I boredly said.

"Why?" Her soft voice like an angel irritates my ear.

"It's because you're a nerd. And a bitchy girl like me and a weakling nerd like you can never be associated with each other. It's like blending water with ice," I stared at the window.

"I just wanna be friends with you but why are you so harsh?" She said with...pain? "Is being a nerd that big deal to everyone? There's nothing wrong with it but why do people look at me like trash?" nanubig ang mga mata niya. "Why do they mock me like I'm some petty toy that they can play whenever they want?! Why can't they treat me like anybody else?! Why do they insult me everyday like I don't get hurt?!" She blurted out her feelings and I just stared at her.

"That's what I don't like about you," I said coldy and stared at her innocent eyes. How I hate people like that! How I hate people that can't fight for their right! How I really hate it. "You're a weakling," I spat like acid. "They mock with you because you are very entertaining to play with! You gave them statisfaction by being afraid and crying! It's because you are weak! They bully you because you can't fight them and do you think by that they will eventually stop? You're wrong."

"I really dislike people that are damn innocent like you,"

'Because it reminds me of my old self.' Nanikip ang dibdib ko.

"I really dislike how can you not put up a fight. You want them to stop? Then be brave. Don't just cry there like a coward little girl. Gosh! That's why I don't like you. People like you are damn pathetic. Nakakairita! Gosh!" Pinaypayan ko ang sarili ko dahil stress na stress na ako sa kabibigay ng advice.

At narinig ko siyang tumawa.

"Wtf?" I gave her my what-the-fuck look. "Sa haba haba ng advice ko, tatawanan mo lang ako?! Bitch please!" At tumawa ulit siya.

My brows creased.

"Wala lang, you're so cool," she said like little girl who was fangirling me.

"C-cool?"

She nodded. "Yeah, and honestly, I idolize you," she smiled shyly. Whaaat? "I envy you for being tough and brave. I admire you on how you fight for your own. Sometimes, I suddenly wanted to become like you," her lips formed into a hopeful smile. "Thank you for the advice pala, it brightened up my mood. Thank you also sa pagprotekta mo sa akin kay Tanya few weeks ago. And also...sorry for not having the guts to do what you just said," Bella's smile faded.

"Why?" tanong ko.

"Hindi ko kaya," she looked down.

Ewan ko kung bakit lumabas to sa bibig ko pero- "I'll help you."

Nanlaki ang mga mata niya. "W-what?"

"T-Tutulungan kita," umiwas ako ng tingin. "I'm not doing this in my own will. Ginagawa ko to para bawasan ang mga taong katulad mo, tsk. Don't be happy to much," umiwas ako ng tingin.

"OMG! OMG! Are you serious?" her face brightened up.

"Yes but in one condition," sumeryoso ang mukha ko at nakita ko siyang lumunok. "Don't you ever ever go near Trevor," sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. Akala niya malilimutan ko yung day ng nagkabanga sila? Never in my dreams.

"Wait, are you jealous?" she giggled.

"I'm not!" Pinalakihan ko siya ng mata. "So are you in or what?"

"I think I can't avoid Trevor eh," she innocently smiled.

"Then it's no de-"

"He's my cousin," she giggled in response again and I could feel my cheeks heating. W-what?! "Hi, I'm Bella Ynna Mendez. Nice to meet you," naglahad siya ng kamay pero hindi ko yun tinaggap at gulat parin siyang tiningnan.

"You've got to be kidding me." Is she serious?

"It's true, magkapatid ang mommy namin."

Oh God, don't tell me that I've been jealous for nothing?!

My face flushed in embarrassment and she just chuckled.

"So it's a deal?"

"Are you sure hindi ka nagsisinungaling?" Paniniguro ko.

"Oo nga, cross my heart," nagsulat pa siya ng cross sa dibdib at nagkamayan kami.

"Deal."
