29. Making a plan

Harry PoV

I called Talia, Freya, Freezy and Lux to meet me in the flat when Lucy is at the dentist so that i could chat with them. i have decided that i am going to propose to Lucy tomorrow, and i need there help.

''okay, i need your help with something and we need to be quick with planning because i need to be done when Lucy gets back''

''what is it?'' Freya asks me

''Okay. so, i am going to propose to Lucy tomorrow night'' i told them and they all reacted in a big way, and in a good way think

''oh my god! really?'' Talia asks me

''yeah, i know it might seem quite soon but i think we are ready for it. the last six months have been amazing and we have talked a lot recently about moving out and getting married and even in the long term having more kids so it does seem right''

''that's great, and really your time before still counts'' Freya adds

''yeah, the clock is still running from before'' Talia tells us

''what, what do you mean the clock?'' Lux asks them

''well they were together for over three years and when they got back together the time starts again. so they have really been dating for almost 4 years'' Freya starts to explain

''no, that's ridiculous, they have been dating for 6 months'' freezy argues

''no, they still add on that time that they were together because they still talk about it and learnt about each other in that time'' Freya talks back

''right, whatever we need to have a plan ready for when she gets back and it has to be a complete secret, okay?'' they all nod in agreement with me

''so, what do we need to do then?'' freya asks me

''okay. Talia and Freya tomorrow you are taking Lucy out for lunch with Belle, on me of course. i booked you in for that fancy Italian place down the road at 2 o'clock. you need to be dressed up as it is fancy so that Lucy will too. i went fancy because there is going to be a photographer there and i know she will kill me if i am dressed up and she is just in jeans or something. you good with that?'' they both agreed

''so, distract her for a couple of hours and you buy us lunch?'' talia adds

''yes.''

''im in'' taila tells me

''great. now boys i need you to help me with the actual thing. tomorrow i have a lady from the flower shop coming round to set up an arch on the balcony and bring petals, i need help to make a path up to the arch and you two to do some other bits as well. okay?''

'sure, but what are the other bits'' Lux asks me

''one of you needs to stand outside to take her bags off her when she gets here. lead her inside  and then entertain Belle for me until its over and then bring her up to take photos with us. granted she says yes''

''i can do that'' lux announces

''okay good, now Freezy that means i need you to stand halfway with the tiara, you hand that to Lucy as she gets upstairs to add an extra touch, and you have to be quiet because i just know that she will try to pick out what it going on. so you just need to give her the tiara and be quiet. and you will both need to be a bit dressed up''

''okay, i'm down with that''

''well there we go. so then she comes to the balcony, which is decorated with fairy lights, candles and a red carpet that leads to the arch. then our song will play on a loop the photographer will be there ready and i will ask her. and really hope she says yes and i don't get embarrassed''

''oh, that's so cute'' Freya tells me

''of course she will say yes'' Talia adds

'' i hope so, then he is finally moving out'' lux says and Freezy high fives him to celebrate

''wow. thanks'' i tell them

''well, it is true, this has become a very different situation recently. i feel like i am living with my parents again. although i never heard them doing it or saw them getting close in the kitchen'' freezy added

''okay, moving on. all i need to do is set up tomorrow and that's it all sorted out''
