I wake up urgently. What the heck is Magcon I wonder. Oh no! I need to get dressed! Sam is pickin me up in 5 min! I scramble to my feet and run to my closet. What to wear? Oh this. I wear a tang top, sweat pants, and old worn out sneakers. THIS MY ONLY GOOD OUFIT!
Sam waits for me outside. She beeps constantly. "Come out Des!" I come out and she quick glances at my outfit. "Oh My God Des! What are you wearing!" "Some old suff." I reply. " You are so lucky to have me as a friend! I am so getting you new clothes!" "YAY! I have worn these clothes for the past 5 years!" I exclaim
We head to the mall. We stop at Rue 21 and Victoria Secret. I got enough clothes to fit in 12 school buses. Not 1 not 2 exactly 12. Then I get to my salon appointment. Before: Regular Dark Brown Hair. After: Blond to Brown Ombré Hair. "Wow!" We both say in unison. Next my face and body Before: Bushy Eye brows, Pimples and a Blotchy Red tone. After: Tan Skin, Perfectly Even Eye Brows, and no Pimples. Then I changed into a black #selfie crop top, jean shorts and black vans. I LOOK LIKE A DIFFERENT PERSON!
I come out and Sam comes to me and asks "Do you know where my friend Des is?" I laugh. I can't wait to meet Magcon! EEEPPPP!
