I sit on the grass and lean my head against the tree. The sky is a dark pink and stars are just beginning to show themselves.

I pull six envelopes from my backpack.

I open the one labeled, 𝐽𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑛

I read the words that I have written,

𝐻𝑒𝑦 𝐽𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑛. 𝐼'𝑣𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑓𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑎𝑛𝑦 𝑙𝑜𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟. 𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑡 𝑚𝑒, 𝑖𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑚𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑡 𝑚𝑦 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒. 𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑖𝑥 𝑜𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒. 𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑏𝑢𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛. 𝐵𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝐼'𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑙𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑔𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑛 𝑚𝑦𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 𝑢𝑝.

I sigh as I stuff the letter back in its envelope. I carry the six envelopes in my hands and leave my backpack by the tree.

~~~~~~~
I knock on Jimin's door and slide the envelope under it. I walk to the parking lot and sit on the top of a car for a few minutes.
I can faintly hear Jimin as he stands on the balcony of the motel.
"Damnit Taehyung. Why won't you let us help you?" I jump off the car and begin walking away, my feet shifting the gravel below them.
The only letter left is Jin's.
There is the sound of feet on concrete behind me.
"Taehyung?!" I turn around to see Jimin, tears on his face.
I curse under my breath and run away, into the streets.
"Taehyung! Taehyung come back!" Jimin is chasing me.
The traffic light turns green as I run across the crosswalk.
"Tae!"
A car speeds past me, honking its horn.
I stand on the other side of the street.
"Taehyung...don't..." Jimin puts his hands on his knees.
I watch as he pulls an inhaler from his pocket and uses it.
I shove my hands into my pockets and walk down the street, toward Jin's house.
~~~~~~~

I knock on Jin's door and slide the envelope underneath.

As I walk away the door opens and I freeze, afraid to face Jin.

"I'm sorry but Jin doesn't live here anymore." A woman's sweet voice emits from the doorway.

"Do you know where he is now?" I don't turn around.

"I heard some people took him somewhere to live. I'm sorry. I hope you find him."

I turn around and pull the envelope from her hand.

Where could Jin be? Who would take him?

I find myself at the tree I was at when the sun set.

I sit Jin's letter atop of my backpack.

I hear voices and bolt into the woods.

One by one the boys approach the tree.

"Is he coming?" Jungkook sits cross legged.

"You read the letter..." Yoongi pats Jungkook's head, "He doesn't want our help anymore."

I hope you enjoyed this chapter and I hope you stay and read until the end. Have a lovely day! <3
