Cassie was on the floor with blood pouring from her stomach
Davids friend was stood infront of cassie holding the gun
"Nigga what are you doing!" David yelled
"What! A cop just walked in the house i didnt know what to do" he replied
Everyone else was quiet, i ran over to cassie helping her get on the sofa
"I guess.. i shouldnt.. of worn my uniform" she said as her voice kept becoming faint each time
"Shh dont talk or the bullet will go further in" i said to her.
David snatched the gun out of kams hand and came over to help me
"Trish tell JC to call the doctor" david said "stay right here cass" he continued
"Can anyone explain to me why we helping a damn cop?" Kam asked
"Shes not just a cop, shes helping us! I went to highschool with her" david replied
"Kam you a dumbass" nick said
"On god" paris added on.
I put a cold towel on cassies forehead, she kept breathing in and out, i felt like if i blinked for even a second by the time i opened my eyes she would be gone.
"Ive.. been shot before" she said, her voice sounded as if she was having a panick attack.
She still smiled
"Cassie stop talking" i said to her
"Okay fine! Diamond move. I know how to help" paris or whatever her name was.
I moved out of her way and let her deal with it
"Stop the doctors on his way" david said to her
"The doctors taking too long so do you want your friend dead or alive?" She said
She used a piece of clothing and began putting pressure were she was shot so the blood could stop pouring on the floor
"Its important to keep pressure, diamond hold onto this and keep putting pressure, now we wait till the doctor comes to take out the bullet and seal the wound" she said
I quickly took over and put as much pressure as i could.
We all waited in silence for 10 minutes more until JC and a doctor burst through the doors.
Cassie was still breathing thanks to her police uniform that kept her from less harm, but her breathing became quiter and quiter each time
"Okay i see you've kept the blood from leaving her system.. ill take it from here, can everyone please leave" the doctor said.
Everyone left except me and David
"Were staying" david said
The doctor nodded and moved her to a more comfortable position so he could operate on her
"I give your stupid friend an A plus" i said
"Its not his fault, i didnt tell i was working with police, its not exactly easy" he replied
"Sorry but that was pretty stupid" i said laughing
"Thats kam for ya" he said
"Shes strong tho, she will be fine" he said lighting up his blunt
"You know one thing ive learnt from you is you dont really mean what you say when your about to smoke your nervous as hell" i said
He glanced at me and laughed
"Oh yeah?"
