Elita-1 eyes dimmed slightly. "I apologize for your lost and I apologize on the behalf of my race for the tragedies we brought you and your race. I was sickened by that news. I wasn't dispatched to that mission, but all of the Autobots regretted the events that transpired."
I strained to smile. "Thank you. I appreciate your sincerity. I miss them dearly."
Small tears weld up in my eyes, but I quickly blinked them away. It had been 3 years since the attack. It was hard adjusting to the absence of my family, but I was making it slowly but surely. One day at a time.
"Considering a select group of hostile Cybertronian's killed your siblings. Why would you chose to enter into this program where you will intimately be in contact with one."
I snorted at the question. Elita-1 blinked again taking not of this reaction as well. "I don't think Cybertronians are evil. To blame the entirety of your race because of a few misguided and hostile individuals would make me a hypocrite. I could ask the same to you and the mechs in your race. OR Ask why you and cybertronian mechs would wish to work beside, attempt to rebuild, or intimately be with a human after all the heartache, betrayal, and dishonesty we have shown you since coming to Earth."
Elita-1 raised a eyebrow as I spoke, but other then that took in my words.
"I believe the answer to your question is the battleline between good and evil is created by our choices. If I chose to let myself hate and think evilly about all of you for the actions of a few then I would ultimately be creating more negative energy. I have had enough negatives in my life to last me a lifetime. As I am sure in your many years of life you and your race have had enough to. I chose to look at the positive side of things. Sunstreaker and Sideswipes were revealed as the two mechs that tried to save as many children in that attack as they could. Though they weren't able to get there in time to save my brothers I still hold a great respect for them and the rest of the Autobot team for their courage, bravery, and sacrifice that day and everyday you guys fought to protect us humans. The day I learnt how my brothers died I made my choice. So I sit here today choosing to enter this program because if you can sacrifice for my kind and save our young. Why shouldn't we help you with yours if I have the means to do so. Life, alien or not, is precious."
Elita-1 cracked a small smile. "Wise words for such a young woman. Thank you for your kind words towards us."
I smiled at her in return. "Your welcome Miss Elita-1."
Elita-1 leaned forward. "An this brings me to my last question for you. Why should we chose you for our program?"
"You should chose me because I have so much love and no one to share it with. So much pain and no one to bear it with. I was a full cup, but with the loss of my family I am almost empty. But I still have my life. An I want to make a difference with it. Find a purpose again. You should chose me because I think I could bring happiness to your kind and at the same time happiness to myself."
Elita-1 beamed at my answer. "Thank you Miss Razor. I appreciate your honesty and your time. I think that is all I need. If you will please make your way next door Chromia is ready for you."
I thanked Elita-1 kindly and did as she said.
Zolanda beamed at me as she walked out the room. She mouthed Good luck to me and I smiled in return.
Walking into the room that was identical to the one I was in, I came in contact with Chromia.
Just like Elita-1, Chromia was gorgeous. She had long black flowing hair and a very curvacious shape.
She pursed her lips when she saw me.
"Hello Vonelope. My name is Chromia. Please take a seat."
Again I followed her instructions and attempted to sit up straight once more.
