~~\(T_T) Chapter 43 (T_T)/~~ <Out of the ordinary>

Start from the beginning

Jinyoung smiled a little before nodding. As nervous and scared as he was, he didn't want to put it off for much longer. "The sooner I do this, the easier I can get it off my chest, Daehwi."

The younger nodded, sighing to himself. "How...did the hyungs react to what happened?" Jinyoung asked suddenly.

"Um...I think most of the hyungs want a clear explanation, just like I wanted. When they spoke about it after you left....they just sounded disappointed?" Upon seeing Jinyoung's face fall, Daehwi quickly added "If you tell them exactly the way you told me, I'm pretty sure it'll be fine. But..."

"But what?"

"Jisung hyung...you'll have a hard time convincing him" He mumbled.

Jinyoung nodded, not really surprised. It was obvious, Jisung had promised to take care of Daehwi and make him happy after his mother had dropped him off about five years ago. The oldest would be overprotective, and he understood that.

They were nearing the house now, and Jinyoung glanced at the younger. This was so weird. He himself didn't know where they stood, in terms of their relationship. Yes, they broke up but neither of them wanted to. At the same time, they weren't dating, were they?

He let his thoughts travel to the guys in the house. How would they take this? Everything was happening so fast. They would be shocked, of course. What if they just kicked him out of the house? Without listening to him? What if they forced Daehwi to not speak to him ever again? They wouldn't do that....right? What about his friends? Would they not want to see him and would they hate him? He really couldn't blame any of them...he just wished none of this had happened.

He zoned out for a while, thinking about his mom. Had she already found out about his disappearance? She would've seen his empty room by now, right? Was she already on her way to Seoul? What would happen then?

Ah seriously....

This was probably the most nervous he had ever felt in his whole life. They finally reached the house. Jinyoung sighed softly. Daehwi looked at him nervously. "The others are here today too..." he mumbled.

"Will they hate me?" Jinyoung asked, his voice barely a whisper. Daehwi didn't know how to answer. "W-whatever happens, you won't do something like...that again, right?" He asked, gesturing to Jinyoung's left arm.

The latter shook his head as a response, trying to ignore the steady increase in his heart rate. Daehwi touched the doorknob, before looking at him.

"Ready?"

"Yes."

Daehwi opened the door and went in. Jinyoung heard sounds coming from inside the house. He felt a sudden pang of nostalgia. If none of this had happened, then he would probably be in the house, laughing and joking with them. Not outside, waiting for their acceptance.

"Daehwi, what's wrong? You look worried." It was Minhyun's voice.

From where he stood, he could see Daehwi fidgeting. The hyungs couldn't see him yet. He was scared, waiting for their reactions.

"Hyungs...just....don't freak out, okay?" Daehwi replied.

"Why? What happened?" Jisung asked.

Daehwi sighed and turned back, signaling for Jinyoung to walk in. Jinyoung took a deep breath and stepped inside the house, heart beating rapidly. He saw the living room, where everyone, except for Hyungseob and Woojin, who weren't there, all had the same shocked expression on their faces.

"Heol..." Jihoon breathed out.

There was a silence and in that silence, Jinyoung really felt like he could just drop down dead on the spot. This was so nerve wracking.
