Hyungseob laughed. "My mom's not at home today and she gave me a list of chores to do. Now that you're here, you might as well help me"
"Oh come on~" Woojin mumbled. "I come to see you and you're making me work." Hyungseob just shook his head before the strange dude entered his mind again.
"By the way" He started, hesitatingly. "You didn't see a guy with blonde hair wearing a black hoodie on your way here did you?"
"Hmm? No, I don't think I did, why?" His boyfriend questioned. "Seob, what's the matter? You look distracted"
Hyungseob shook his head. "It's nothing, you're gonna think I'm crazy but...a blonde haired guy was looking up at my house earlier and he....kinda looked like Jinyoung?"
Woojin's eyes widened. "Jinyoung? B-but how could be here? No one has heard from him in ages!"
"I just saw someone who looked like him, it's probably not him. It's just been bothering me" he said, sighing.
Woojin smirked. "Shall I help you get your mind off it then?" he asked, pulling the boy by his waist.
Hyungseob panicked and pushed him away. "Yah! You weirdo!" he shrieked.
Woojin laughed and ran past him into the kitchen. Hyungseob grinned and followed his boyfriend, trying to put his mind off the weird stranger.

Meanwhile, Jinyoung and Daehwi had climbed out of their secret path and were slowly walking in the direction back to the house.
"It's weird, isn't it? We were apart for a whole ass year and now suddenly-" Jinyoung broke off, not knowing how to put the feelings he was having into words. "I don't even know how to say it"
"It's okay, I know what you're feeling" Daehwi replied.
They walked in silence for a while, with a small distance between them. It all just felt so new and awkward, as if they were starting over, and in a way they were, weren't they?
"How did you get here in the first place?" the younger questioned. "I take it your mom has no idea that you're here, what about your dad? Did he drop you off here?"
Jinyoung smiled sheepishly. "I took a bus from Jindo at 3 in the morning"
"You did WHAT?" He yelped.
"What? Does it look like I'm incapable of doing something so simple? Aish, why are you underestimating me, huh?" Jinyoung asked, pretending to be hurt.
"Yah, stop overreacting, it's just...not you. Like, it's not something I see you doing" Daehwi replied.
They continued walking. Jinyoung couldn't stop smiling to himself. This felt...nice. Walking with Daehwi alone, with no one in sight. No judgements, no hate, nothing. For a while it felt as if they themselves where ignoring what had happened between them.
Of course, he knew things weren't going to be easy, he didn't even know if the hyungs would accept him or not, and if he was being honest, not knowing what their reactions would was scaring the crap out of him. Also the fact that his mom could literally pop up at any time was terrifying.
But just for a while he wanted to put all those thoughts away and savour the time he was spending peacefully walking with Daehwi. Joking with him like he had used to back then. Exchanging soft smiles just like they had used to. Even if it was for a few minutes, they just wanted to ignore the pending problems that would crash down upon them the moment they let go of the ignorance.
