APOV- here we are. Me and Hayley on a plane flying across the country to live in hell. Fun right, I never thought our parents would abandon us like that. I still can't believe at our age we are allowed to be on a plane with no adults! That's crazy...
Bringing my mind back to my parents.
They are so loving, well were loving at one point. I always have thought my life was normal and would stay like that but I guess things can change, and In my experience very fast.

*present time*

"ANNIE GET DOWN HERE" I first hear waking up, who needs a alarm clock am I right?!

"Coming" I yell getting up and quickly changing
Before leaving my room I peek at my phone clock to see it's 7AM. what would she want this early!!!

"Took you long enough" Paige says

I sigh and just look at her

"I need you to get a job now, I can't afford to pay many things anymore and just can't take care of your asses" she says looking high as ever can be.

A- right now?

P- yes! Go!

I hurried out the door
She gets scary at times
I wish she was back to the loving cousin I had but a man had to come into her life and fuck it up.
People seem to do that a lot in my world
I just wish it wasn't in Hayleys also

I was walking down streets wondering how the hell I'm going to get a job.
I didn't have time to make a resume obviously, and I have no real skills.
As I'm walking on the streets of LA I came across a shoe seller store, it looked old but still in business. Maybe this is a good job, they do look like they need help.
I walked into the shop and headed to the front desk

"Hey" i softly spoke

?- hi what can I do for you today

A- um I was wondering if you guys are hiring?

?- unfortunately not we are actually over staffed

A- oh okay

?- I'm very sorry

A- no it's okay thanks anyways

*a few hours later*

I'm now walking out of my 6th store ready to give up.
Apparently no one wants me because I'm too young and I have nothing to offer.
I mean they aren't wrong but what am I supposed to say to Paige
I shouldn't go back now

I walked over to A bench Conveniently close to me and madly sat.
Why can't anything go my way!

"excuse me"

I look to my right to see a middle aged women looking my way

"Me?" I say pointing to myself
I don't know who this women is don't judge me.

"Yeah, I was in the shop you just came out of and I heard that you were looking for a job" she said softly

A-um yeah

?- you're still looking for one?

A- mhm unfortunately I need one by today

?- well if you're that desperate I have a job for you

A-really!

She chuckles looking away then looks at me again "yeah it will pay good"

A- what kind of job is it?
