Winter Bliss

I was alone and hopeless and soon forgotten,

Till you came along and gotten me out of this hell.

You rang the bell of my heart,

It was summer yet it felt like a winter bliss.

And soon I was longing for your kiss,

I finally felt belonging of something

Yet I didn't know what this feeling was,

You gave my life the tingling it needed

I was a stray from my goals

I was made of faults.

Yet you saw the good in me

I was forever in your debt.

I felt happy

The old sappy me was gone

I felt amazing

In this blazing world

You made me feel anything is possible

Even a broken bridge seemed crossable

This feeling truly was my Winter Bliss,

In a dark and black abyss.
