"That's what I thought too," N responds, facing them. "But something happened and I started seeing visions. . . Faint outlines of people. It turns out that those visions are the future actions of you guys."

"Visions? Of people? Of us?" One of them spoke, questioning her. N wasn't paying attention to who was speaking.

"Yeah," She replies, nonchalantly. "I don't know how but I managed to somehow turn it on and off. But I can't figure out how to properly control it. I can't properly turn it on and off."

"When did it start?" T finally jumps into the conversation after ignoring them for most of the conversation.

"After five minutes passed when K and I were sparring the second time."

"But wait, Ms. Kennedy told us that when abilities are being used our eyes glow faintly. So if it started happening during our sparring, Princess, how come yours didn't?"

"You're asking the wrong person here, King. I know as much as you guys."

"We can always wait until tomorrow to ask Ms. Kennedy what's going on. It's probably for the best. She must know something about this," C reasoned before the boys started pestering N even more.

'N doesn't care about a lot of things but she seems to be short-tempered based on what I saw happening in the hall,' C thinks acting as a mediator between them.

K nods, not bothering to say anything else. T just rolls his eyes before continuing to fiddle with his watch.

N clicks her tongue, her voice dismissive, "If it wasn't for me, one of us would have been injured. Or worse. . . I looked around and the visions showed up, showing a kid forming something and then throwing it our way."

She walks over to one of the beds and grabs the remote. Turning the TV on, she quips, "I could've come back to the room alone and had you guys deal with it."

After her final statement, N doesn't bother speaking again. She just stares at the TV, ignoring the others. A few moments of silence passed before C tapped on K 's shoulder. He looks over to her, snapping out of his thoughts.

"She's right though," C quietly mentions to K. "We would have injured badly or worse. She could've easily fled and left us there without saying anything. But she didn't. I'm sure if we pissed her off, she would have told us and then just left. She wouldn't have waited."

"None of us would have listened if she wasn't so frantic. From the moment we've been with her, she's always shown little to no emotions. She'll maybe have bursts of emotion, unexpectedly but they're primarily negative and it's normally towards me," He mutters the last part as if he was ashamed.

"You purposely piss me off, K," N intervenes, listening in to their conversation. "You're an actual piece of shit."

"That's on purpose, Princess. You're fun to mess with."

He smiles at her innocently but his eyes show mischief.

"Fuck off, K," N calls from the bed without taking her eyes from the screen. "But again, I'm not a wuss. I'll get you back. Physically or other."

C grabs a couple of pillows from the other bed and chucks one at each of them. "Shut the hell up already."

N glares at her and throws the pillow back as a response.

"That was uncalled for, C," K laughs, picking up the pillow and putting it back on the bed. "You're a piece of crap for that."

"And you're even worse than I am, buddy, so you can't say jack shit. Okay? Okay," C laughs while flipping him the bird.

"Did you give them the warning he wanted us to?" He asked, leaning against the window. "Atlas?"

"What do you think, Nine? Of course, I did. I meant to damage the stupid bastards but somehow they knew my plan," His brother scoffs, crossing his arms.

"Yeah, I noticed that. The brunette looked around and started moving her friends away from the bench they were sitting up. I wonder what's up with that, huh?" Nine tells him, his brown eyes glinting blue. He grabs a cup of water next to him and begins to freeze the water inside.

His brother glances at the watch on his wrist, sighing at the message he received.

"Of course. I wonder if she has a certain ability that Ms. Frost was talking about in her observation. Foresight is an interesting thing. Quite a powerful ability if one knows how to use it," Atlas mentions, walking towards the bathroom.

He grabs his gloves on the bathroom counter and walks back towards his brother, "Grab your gloves, kid. We gotta go. Duty calls, courtesy of Ms. Frost."

"You're older by a couple of seconds, dumbass. That's not even fair," He retorted. "Also, I forget. Why do we have codenames again?"

"Don't know. We didn't remember our names when we were sent here. We came up with them and they stuck. Something wiped our memory, or perhaps someone. Maybe someday, we'll remember but not sure if that'll happen anytime soon. Who cares at this point?" Atlas gruffly comments. "Ms. Frost told us she has something to jog our memory. But we have to work for her to get it."

"That makes sense but how much longer do we have to do their dirty work?" Nine asks, grabbing his gloves from the bedside table.

"Not sure, but as I said, Nine, duty calls," Atlas finished, heading out of the door.
