Once Upon A Time In Forks

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Edward closed the poetry book and kept it at the table as he looked at his Little daughter face, though physically she was no were near to be called Little, by now she almost looked like sixteen though technically she was just six. But to Edward and Bella their Renessme would always remain their little girl. He watched her she was tugged inside the thick cover of blankets with her face filled with some puzzle. Edward invaded into her thoughts and in a way she welcomed him as she thought

“Dad, I will be seventeen by next year and technically seven, I will stop growing FOREVER, this is my last chance dad to experience my half human life…dad I really want to go to High School even if it means just for graduation year…Please dad I really want this”

He looked over her and with a warm smile and asked in a soft yet comforting voice

“Renessmee is it so that staying with so many vampires and having so many werewolves around you make you suffocating…are our little difference bothering you so much dear”

She turned to Edward and said with a little guilt in her voice

“It is not that in fact I love my family more than anything and of course the Jake ‘s pac too. You all have always been their protecting me and loving me and I do appreciate that but dad I just…I just want to have a little space with a mind reader dad and fortune teller aunt its private space that I miss and I just want to go to the outside world, just for last time before I lose it all I want to explore my other world”

She did sound right and to Edward he actually had no concrete reason to restrict her from fulfilling her dreams. But he knew that he had to keep up the firm face cause what seems right to him maybe harmful for someone…by someone it meant that Dog, Jacob. Well yet there was a cold war between the Cullens and Jacob. They still hated him for imprinting on Renessme and his sick lover boy acts seemed to irritate Edward now even more, he knew that Jacob had moved a step ahead and from friendship it had turned to love for his daughter but on the other side he was assure that Renessme was still in the friend zone and that was sort of relief for him. He looked down at her face kissed her forehead warmly and silently whispered

“Goodnight Sweetie…”

Saying this he headed out of the door and marched down to the cozy living room of their cottage. He saw Bella stood by the fire place as she was waiting for him, Edward hugged her from behind planting wet kisses on her neck as she asked looking at the fire

“Did she mention about going to High School again?”

He nodded his head and rested his chin on her shoulder as Bella signed and said

“I hate to see her this way, this is the only one thing our daughter has asked us and yet we cannot fulfill her wish, I know about Alice vision but Jacob is supposed to take care of it why shall we make our daughter suffer?”

“Well because our daughter is linked to Jacob now, and it’s a human”

“Even I was human before Mr Cullen if you remember”

He smiled and said

“I do Mrs Cullen a beautiful human as you are a beautiful vampire now but I am scared for Jacob, no matter how much we insult him and taunt at him he does not leave Renessme that because of the imprinting thing, he is ready to go through any hell for her but he will at no cost loose her, you do remember that after Alice told us about the vision the way he grew over protective about her, he would not even leave her for a minute and if she falls for that human guy that Jacob might take drastic steps in anger that might complicate her life even more”
