Monica's pov
Things has been going great so far including me and jahkings relationship but on the other hand in three weeks me jahking and kairi are moving to Huston Texas to live there permanently I haven't told anyone but I was planning on telling Dave today when I pick up kairi
I was currently at jahking house we were packing a few of his things getting ready to ship his things to Huston
"I need to start getting ready to pick up kairi from her dad"I said to jahking
"Ight"he said walking up to me
"You need to come back to mine and help me pack when I pick up kairi"I said
"Ight"he said kissing my cheek As I got up and picked my purse up Then made my way out his house and I got Into my car
I started my car and made my way to Daves house
I eventually got there and parked my car in front of his house
I got out my car and walked towards Daves I knocked on it and heard shuffling behind the door then he opened the door
"Hey mama"I said kairi in the car seat as she smiled and kicked her little feet
"Thank you"I said as Dave paced me her bags and tried to shut the door
"Wait"I said using my leg to stop him from shutting the door
"I've got something to tell you"I said
"What is it" he said crossing his arms
"I'm moving to Huston Texas permanently in three week"I said getting straight to the point As he bursted out laughing
"So why you telling me that"Dave said
"Because I'm taking kairi with me"I said
"No you not" he said playing with his beard
"Don't worry you'll see her"I said and he smirked
"So you taking my child to the other side of America"he said
"Don't worry you'll see her every three weeks"I said
"You violating"he said slamming the door in my face making kairi jump in her car seat and I walked away and rolled my eyes
I walked towards my car and strapped kairi and started my car
I made my way to aris house to tell her the news face to face because I don't know how she's going to react
Daves pov
Monica honestly got me fucked up telling me how she's moving to the other side the country in three weeks with my child
I slammed the door in her face because she was getting me irritated
I saw miracle come down the stairs with a confused look on her face
"What's wrong"she said walking up to me
"Monica's moving to Huston Texas with kairi In three weeks"I said picking up my phone
"What why"she said
"I dont know"I said scrolling threw my contacts and clicked on my lawyers number
It ringed a couple time and she answered

"Hello who am I speaking with"she said

"I wanna claim full custody over my child kairi"I said
"Ok I'll send you the court forms into your email and what is the name of the mother of your child"she said
