New year some people spend it with their friends some with their family

Or fancy restaurant and crazy parties and then there are people like me 😂

I'm siting in my couch watching the new year specials with a bag of chips and a soda will all of my friends are out

While I was in the middle of my new years special I my phone started ringing

"Ughhh"

I crawled out of the couch to grab my phone that I conveniently left on the kitchen cause I didn't want to seen any of the social media posts

"What" I answer the phone without looking at the caller

"Ouch so mean" I heard a male voice said

I looked at the ID and noticed it was my best friend Yunho calling

"What is it Yunho"

"Ow your words hurt me" he said dramatically making me laugh

"You see now your happy" he said in accomplishment

"It's because you don't stop being a dork"

"So whats up why did you call me?" I asked him

"It's that *chuckle* come dow I'm waiting for you on the street" he ended the call living me confused

I change into a hoodie and jeans since I was on my pjs, grabbed my keys and my phone and I went out

I usually don't go out on new year cause I leave near Han river and it's usually really crowded at this time of year

When I was out I called Yunho since I couldn't find him in the sea of people

"Hurry up the fireworks are about to start" I heard a little girl tell he sister and I still couldn't find Yunho

"You finally answer" I said

"Where the fuck are you I feel like I've been looking for years" I said and he chuckle

"Turn around" he said and ended the call again

When I turned around there was Yunho with a carton box

I smiled and walk to him

"There you are" I said

"Here this is for you" he said handing me the carton box that was quite heavy

"What is in here" I asked

"Just open it"

"Look I'll grabe it if you want" he said taking the box

I open the box just to find a puppy a Golden Retriever

I looked at Yunho who had a smile on his face

I grabbed the puppy on my arms It was so soft and small that I felt scared of hurting him

"Do you like it?" He asked smiling

"DO I LIKE IT Yunho it's a fricking puppy who wouldn't like it"

He kept looking at me while I was looking at the puppy when we suddenly started hearing the count down

2...
1...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

At that moment Yunho grabbed my face and kissed me

It was sweet and I could hear the fireworks at the back

We were still kissing until the puppy that I was still holding started liking Yunho's face

We pulled away from the kiss and started laugh

Yunho put his arm around me and we walked home

Btw are you a dog or cat person? I honestly love both but I prefer to have dogs
