Ash never felt more fucked up.

She couldn't feel worse after leaving the house, as she finally got time to rethink. Was she overreacting? Was there something more to what they saw? She knew the girl cheated on Roger, but why would he sleep with her then? She was so many thoughts that she didn't realised she's staring at the distance, until Nikita snapped her fingers in front of her, taking her out of her trance.

"Ash, I know you still have many questions inside you, but as you said, it's for everyone's good. Maybe, maybe not. If he really was innocent, he might have tried his level best yet to prove it. Yet he didn't spoke a word since you decided to leave. Why? Because he felt he's guilty." Nikita said and sighed softly, putting her head on Ash's shoulder. "Things will be fine, don't worry baby. We're all with you, forever." In that statement, Ash have a soft smile, ruffling her hair.

"I know, and I'm lucky to have you two by my side, I would have been either dumb or broken if you two weren't there for me." The smile never left her face, as both of them heard Maine calling them. They chuckled together and stood up, walking inside and placing themselves on the couch, their place for eating.

"So like, how are your relationships going?" Ash asked in between eating as she already felt the girls blushing without even seeing, a smile escaping on her lips.

"Mine and Ryan are going amazing! The dates are just too perfect, and he's so cute!!" Maine squealed as the other girls did too, laughing a little.

"Well, I almost want to punch Rohan someday because he's a dumb bitch, but overall it's good, he actually pays for shit bro." Nikita said as the three laughed at her endearing statement, eating up.

"Oh, should we set you up Ash? Maybe some hot shot from our campus! I'm sure there might be guys having eyes on you!!" Maine spoke up, looking at Ash who just gave a sad smile in return.

"I don't think I can't trust love anymore, trusting a whole person is really a lot far." The girls nodded, smiles dropping softly but still being there, as Nikita gave a small pat on her back.

Till the doorbell rang.

Ash furrowed her eyebrows, walking to the door to see Raj standing, looking a little nervous but relaxing as Ash opened the door.

"What happened Raj? It's like 10 pm in night, everything good?" Nikita asked, standing behind Ash.

"Yeah but Ash you need to come with me." He said and held her hand, dragging her to his car as she followed with wide eyes, the other two following them while trying to ask questions but no use as all the 4 sat in.

What goes on?

_____________________________

"A lot goes on, Ash. A lot." He muttered, focussing on the road as the girls kept staring at him. It had been 20 minutes, and yet Raj didn't told shit about why the rush. Ash was sitting in front while the other two sat in back.

"Raj, I think you're stressed but heck, you need to tell what's happening." Nikita spoke up, as the other two nodded, while Raj sighed.

"So basically Roger told her last night that he's going back to Seoul forever for I don't know who's good, though he quoted it's for everyone's good. So yeah, the thing he didn't told was his flight is just tonight, and he kind of told me that he wants to meet you, Ash. So yes for him and a last farewell I had to take you to the airport as fast as I can. Though we still have an hour left till he takes the flight and the distance is still two hours but I'm trying to go fast so now let me focus please. And also, Ash he didn't cheated. We tried finding out and the ex was actually trying to get him in that situation, he went to the hotel room by himself to end things with her and not meet her ever again but she drugged him and that's how he ended in the bed and you found him. Now it's on you if you want to trust me or not but I trust my best friend, okay? Now any other questions?" He said it all in a go, as the girls kept looking in shock.

"This is the most you've spoken in the whole time I've met you." Maine spoke up, her tone softer, as the girls nodded and started looking ahead on the road. Ash felt an array of emotions hitting her up, looking down, processing what he said.

So basically he was innocent? And now I'm on verge of losing my first love because I didn't heard shit?

"Can you stop the car for a moment?" She said and looked at Raj who looked in shock.

"What the fuck we will be late-"

"We won't, please for once." She said with pleading eyes, as Raj pulled at a corner of the highway road they were going through. And to Ash's fortune, the road was empty at midnight, and the side of road was only hills.

She stepped out a car, taking a sharp breath before screaming her lungs out, as the people under the car flinched, as Nikita was the one to break the silence inside with a nervous laugh.

"Heyyy she might have needed a moment. Don't worry she's normal-"

"Raj give me the keys, I'll drive."

"Maybe she lost it." The three looked at her, mouths open and blinking continuously in shock.

"Are you nuts-"

"FUCKING GIVE ME!"

"Okay okay" He said at the reply, standing up and giving the keys to her. He, out of fear and surprise, got in the back seat besides Nikita without any question, as Ash seated herself, turning on the keys and starts driving.

And they saw their life flashing in front of their eyes in those thirty minutes.

"I am never letting Ash drive again." Raj said, panting softly when they reached the airport. The three were sitting, hair messed, eyes wide, face flushed.

They never saw anything as scary as this night.

Ash ran as fast she could once they reached airport, quickly spotting Rohan and Ryan in the crowd. She paced behind them, in hopes to find the one.

But he wasn't with them.

"Roger, think again, is this a right choice?" Rohan said before giving a soft pat to the male who just nodded in response.

"Atleast she will be able to move on, do things she can, without having the need to avoid me everyday, because I won't be there?" He said before Ryan sighed and gave him a big hug.

Roger gave a last look to the two males, looking behind, because he, himself expected Ash to be there. Seeing no sign of anything, he went ahead on his way.

"I'm sorry Ash, he's gone." Ryan said, voice soft as Ash felt her knees go weak, unable to stand as she knelt down. She let out a soft sob, knowing there's nothing she could do.

"I lost him."
_______

One year later.

"Bitch shut the fuck up." Nikita said, sipping on her drink before Ash laughed out, walking down the hallways of the university.

"But hey what if we got transferred to India? Then it's death." She said lowly before Ryan spit his drink out, looking at her as she laughed again. "Ash don't fucking jinx it!!" He said, whining as she kept laughing and looked up at the notice board.

It was a usual procedure in the course, student exchange program. Where the students of second year goes to spend six months in another country, with another university, for so called exposure. The truth was just the students having as much fun as they can.

Ash rummaged through the names, narrowing her eyes, but widening them once she saw the country besides her name.

"Aishwarya Gandhi, South Korea."

HELLOO OMG IT'S BEEN AGES.

Yes guys, this is the end. Like legit. The end.

I really had so much fun writing this, like imagine writing a book since four years and being able to complete it, after so much brainstorm.

Thank you for showing it soooo much love!!! It's highly appreciated. Look forward to more updates, a sequel is on the way.

Also I was thinking over changing the cast a bit, should I do that? Or not? Drop your opinions in comments!!

And after ages I'll be back in writing, keep looking for updates.

Till then, keep reading.
