Teri galliyan..

Ash decided to roam near the college campus to get a better information of what her college is all about.

She was walking to the backside of the college when she realised that there is a small forest on the back of the college building. The forest was looking beautiful as ever, as it was autumn time and leaves from the trees were flowing in the air.

As she went deep in the woods, she heard the sound of a guitar. The music was so melodious that Ash was curious to search for the source.

As she went closer to the sound, she found out that Raj was sitting on a bench, playing guitar.

"What are you doing here?" Raj said as he noticed Ash standing there.

"Oh! Nothing. I was just wandering....."

"When you heard my music and came here." He said cutting her off.

"Yes." She smiled sheepishly.

"So what now? You saw that's me. Now go." He said rudely.

"What? I think this forest is not of your father's. I have the right to do whatever I want. So I'm sitting here. And if you mind, you can go." She said as she sat on the bench.

He gaped at her for a moment, then he sighed and continued playing guitar. The music was so nice that Ash closed her eyes as she felt the emotions behind the music.

"Music is a great stress buster, right?" She finally said breaking the silence.

"Yes. Playing and listening to it relieves my whole stress." He said as his expressions softened.

"Yes. Well, would you like me to sing something for you?" She asked looking at him, for which he also looked at her.

"You know singing?"

"Yes. I learnt it some months ago..."

"Okay then. Which song?"

"You tell?"

"What about Teri galliyan?" He asked for which she nodded.

He corrected the strings and started the music. After a few seconds of music, Ash started singing.

She sang as he played the guitar. Her voice was more than beautiful, and both of them were engrossed in listening to each other. While Ash was enjoying his style of playing the guitar, Raj was mesmerised by her singing. After they both ended singing, there was a long pause and both of them had their eyes closed.

"You sing quite nicely." Raj said breaking the silence.

"Thanks. And you too play very well." She said as they both looked into each other's eyes.

Suddenly, he looked onto her lips. He came closer, making her heartbeat go more fast than a racing car. He came very close to her, and she could feel his breath on her face. She looked into his eyes, and saw a really weird feeling, which she never saw in anyone's eyes.

He came closer, and she closed her eyes as she estimated what he was going to do.

He was just about to touch her lips when her phone rang. He suddenly backed off, not looking at her. She opened her eyes suddenly and took out her phone. It was an unknown number.

"Hello." She said.

"Hey. Its me Rohan." The other voice said and she got quite surprised as she never gave him her number.

"How did you got my number?" She asked.

"Actually I got it from your cute friend, by the name..... Yeah, Sharmaine." He said. She felt the urge to kick Sharmaine as she gave him her number without her permission.

"Oh really. Then why you felt the sudden urge to call me?" She asked rudely.

"Actually, I want to talk to you. In that class in which you were not present, the teacher assigned group assignment. And she assigned you with me."

"What? Where are you?"

"At the canteen. Meet you there."

"Okay. I'm coming."

He disconnected the call. Ash looked at raj, but he was not looking towards her. She sighed and walked off, without looking at him.

Raj sat on the bench, thinking about today's happenings. He met his ex today, and was about to kiss her housemate. He started playing guitar as soft breeze blew in the forest.
