Chapter 4: Suffering the Conscience

“We’ll get something to eat first and maybe give you something so the tattoo doesn’t hurt as bad” he stated

I nodded as we walked out to his motorcycle. I hopped on behind him wrapping my arms around his waist and we took off. The drive to the little diner he took me to was a good thirty minutes away from his house. The diner was called ‘Maxwell’s Diner’ it was small and homey. Nate grabbed my hand and dragged me inside. Nate was instantly greeted by the dude at the front.

“Nate man where yah been?” the dude said

“I’ve been trying to handle this little thing” Nate said throwing his arm around my shoulder

“Oh new girlfriend?” the guy asked

“No, at least not yet” he smirked

I rolled my eyes as we got led to a booth. I sat window side with Nate next to me and the guy in front of us.

“Hi, my name is Macy, and I’ll be your server today. What would you all like to drink?” the brunette bimbo asked

She was wearing a white button up shirt that was unbuttoned a little too much and a short red mini skirt.

“Coke” the dude said

“Same” Nate stated

While Macy stared ogling over Nate and the other dude she didn’t even look at me.

I cleared my throat and she looked over at me and glared.

“I’ll have a sweet tea” I smirked at her before giving her a death glare

She wrote down and placed her hands on the table trying to look sexy.

“Bitch can’t you see that they don’t care about your fake tits, so if you will go and do your job, and stop being a fucking slut” I snapped

The guy was staring at me in shocked along with the slut, while Nate was smirking at me.

“You heard the lady go do your job” Nate chuckled

She glared at me one more time before finally walking away.

“I like you, my names Kayden and yours” Kayden asked

“Kailey” I stated

“Pretty name, for a feisty girl” he smirked

I nodded then took in his features. He had light brown eyes, with brown eyes. He had facial hair, but not too much. He was kind of cute.

Macy came back with our drink then asked what we wanted.

“I’ll have a double bacon cheese burger no onion or tomatoes, and fries” I stated

“Me too” Nate said

“Me three” Kayden said

She just nodded before collecting our menus and walking off.

“I think you scared that girl shitless” Kayden chucked

“I didn’t do anything unnecessary” I smirked “I was just thirsty” I said while taking a sip of my tea.

“Yah ok” Kayden said sarcastically

“How old are you Kayden?” I asked

“19 about to be 20 next month” he stated

“Damn, I don’t date older guys, guess that counts you off my list” I flirted

He raised an eyebrow then smirked at me.

“Baby, you know you want me you can’t resist all this sexiness”

“Oh, but I can baby” I smirked

I then felt a hand on my upper thigh and then Nate asked

“Am I on the list?”

I looked over at him before smirking and teasing

“Wouldn’t you like to know?”

I turned back towards Kayden, and Nate moved his hand higher up on my thigh. I showed nothing that would give away what Nate was doing to Kayden.

“So Nate you never bring chicks here, why her?” Kayden asked

I wanted to know the answer to and turned towards him waiting for his answer.

“As you saw she’s feisty, just how I like em, and she sure looks sexy in leather” he smirked

I rolled my eyes at him and excepting it.

Macy soon came back with our food still not saying anything. We ate our food in silence for a moment then Kayden spoke up.

“So you know my ages, what’s yours?”

“16, 17 in about a week” I stated popping a fry in my mouth.

“So Nate what brings you out here?” Kayden asked

“Well, Kailey wants to get a tattoo, and I thought it would be smart if we ate and maybe smoked something to calm her nerves”

“This little thing wants a tattoo?” Kayden questioned shocked

“She’s finally going through her rebellion stage” Nate said

“Oh and my guess is that you need some weed?” Kayden asked

Nate smirked and nodded

“I’ll get some for us after we eat, and I want to go with you, I wanna see what she’s getting” Kayden stated

Nate nodded then I said

“I think I’m gonna get two revolvers point downwards on my hips” I smirked at their reactions.

Nate tightened his hand on my thigh causing me to gasp slightly. Nate chuckled and Kayden just looked at us funny.

Once we were done eating Nate paid and we walked out back. Kayden then handed each of us what I guess was a blunt. I took mine and Nate lite mine up. I inhaled and instantly started coughing. The guys laughed and I just rolled my eyes finishing the blunt half way before we headed off to Nate’s motorcycle. Kayden decided to follow us on his motorcycle and we started off towards the tattoo parlor. It didn’t take too long to get there and the weed was finally taking effect causing my body to go numb. The tattoo parlor gave both tattoos and piercing.

“Nate I wanna get belly button pierced too” I stated

“Fine by me, I think piercings are sexy” He smirked

I nodded and started giggling at who the fuck knows. Nate and Kayden both just looked at me, they both shook their heads, and led me inside
