Mars in Gemini, the full moon hammocked
between two bare trees west of the shore
Tufts of cloud float
Mute reminder of light rains that peppered the afternoon
Waves of dreamstuff wash over me
Somebody whoops in the water,
howls and ululations answer from the dock
We choose stars for Albert,
and name his constellation The Bicycle
