90° The Right Thing To Do (Part 3)

Start from the beginning

I was woken up by dad's loud voice coming from downstairs.

“Get out off my house you asshole!” I heard my dad shout from the living room making me run downstairs to see what's going on

I panicked and hoped that it wasn't Niall he was calling an asshole.

When I reached the bottom of the stairs, dad grabbed Niall's collar and was ready to punch him.

“Dad, no!” I screamed and stood between them “Don't hurt him please.”

“(Y/N), what's going on?” Niall worriedly asked

“I told you not to come here.” I said as I felt tears falling down my cheeks

“See my daughter doesn't want to see you anymore so leave!” Dad's anger is getting out of hand

Niall was so confused “Please go.” I begged “I'll explain later.”

“No, I'll explain.” Dad sternly said “Ever since you came to my daughter's life, she changed. Her plans changed the moment you stepped into her life. You have been a bad influence to her and as a parent do you think I'll let that happen?”

Niall looked at me and it hurts because I didn't want him to hear all of this.

“Sir, I didn't know.” Niall said

It's true everything changed when Niall and I started dating. But it's the life I chose and the life I wanted to have.

“Well now that you know, I'll make this short and simple to you, Niall Horan. She chooses you over everything that is more important.” Dad said “She's letting go of her college and that's because of you. And I don't want that to happen.”

Dad walked out and I looked at Niall then he walked out too “Niall, please hear me out.”

“Why are you doing this to yourself, (Y/N). For what?” Niall asked as he stopped in his tracks

“For you.” I said my voice cracking at the end “I want to be with you for the rest of my life, end this long distance relationship and be away with my parents.”

“That's bullshit, (Y/N)!” He shouted “You're throwing everything away for this?”

“Yes.” I said as tears starts to fall down my cheeks “It's the only way to be with you.”

“I'm not that selfish.” He said “I'm not letting you choose between me and your family.”

“This is what I want, Niall! Don't you get that?”

“Well this is not what I want for you and for us, (Y/N)!” His voice getting angry

“Then what do you want?! I'm doing everything I can for you and I.” I cried “But, it feels like I'm fighting this battle alone.”

“I want to fight this battle with you, (Y/N). I really do, but it's not right.” He said “I just can't let you do this to yourself.”

“You're giving up now?” I asked “You're giving up just like that after everything I have done for our relationship?!”
