Of course, I had a nightmare. I woke up around six times. Everytime I fell back asleep, I would have the same nightmare. Today is the day that Katniss started to train. Though, they would not play it. Next week is the interviews. I can already tell that this week is going to go by slowly.

I hear a knock at the door and I get up to open it. I stand on my tip-toes to look through the peep-hole as it is much to high for me to see through. I see a pretty girl smiling with a basket of mixed berries. She has blond hair and has a pretty pink long-sleeve shirt with blue jean vest over it. She also wears light-wash skinny jeans. That outfit must have cost a fortune. I recognize her. Her name is Madge Undersee. She is the mayor's daughter. Of course she could afford that.

I open the door, smiling, and gesture for her to come in. "HI there! I'm Madge Undersee and you must be Primrose?" she says excitedly. "Prim, actually," I reply. "Oh, hi Prim! Here's a basket of mixed berries like blueberries, raspberries-" I cut her off short "Thank you." Her smile fades and she nods and walks out.

Before she shuts the door she looks back at me and mumbles, "I'm sorry about Katniss. She will make it, I'm sure of it." Before I could reply, she shuts the door and runs down the street. I stand there for a moment for her words to sink in. I'm not the only one that believes in Katniss.

I sit on my bed. I am much too anxious to sit around all day. I would think of Katniss too much. I stand and walk towards the door. I walk out and breathe in. It is a cool day with a warm breeze. It smells of fresh bread and cupcakes. I walk towards the bakery and walk in as the bells rings that signals that there is a new customer. I recognize one of Peeta's older brothers, Rye. He is glum and slim.

I realize that I am holding the basket Madge gave me. I split up half the berries and give it to him. He starts to wrap up some bread but I put my hands onto his hand and smile, "Keep it." I remove my hand and walk out of the store. He has a confused look on his face as he watches me leave.

I slowly walk towards my home, though I'm not going in. I still have much of the day to spend. I sit on the steps leading up to my door and put my arms of my knees. I lay my head on my arms and close my eyes. I hear footsteps and I don't look up to see who it is. The footsteps stop and they are in front of me. I should be polite and look up, but I'm too comfy. They cough and I decide I should see who it is. I gasp as I see who it is. It is Rory. I hop up and hug him tightly. I relaize I haven't seen him since the reaping. He puts his arms around my waist and we just hug for a couple of seconds. I pull him back and say, "What are you doing here?" "Well, I'm here to see you, of course!" he replies, laughing. I giggle and hug him again. He stop hugging and I smile at him. He looks me up and down and says, "You need to eat, you look anorexic." He chuckles and I feel my cheeks become red. We walk into my house and I make lunch for us and my mother. I hand her a sandwich and we exit the house. We sit on the steps, laughing.

I haven't felt so happy since before the reaping. No, do not think of that, I think. I stop laughing and he frowns. "What's wro.." he stops himself, "Nevermind. Stupid question," he says. "No, it..it's okay," I say frowning down at my half-eaten sandwich. "Prim, there's something I have to tell you. Gale..." he says looking down. "What? What about Gale?" I ask. "You promise not to tell your sister if...when she comes back from the Games?" he asks me taking my hands and staring into my eyes. "I pinky promise," I say, smiling. "Gale likes...no, loves...your sister. And.." I gasp. Gale loves Katniss? How could I not tell? "And what?" I ask. "And...he got caught hauling a deer to the Hob. He got let off with a warning...but if they catch him again, he will either be whipped or...hung." He starts crying and I hug him. He crys onto my shoulder as I pat him on the back. How could I not tell Katniss about this? No, I will not tell her. I couldn't ruin Rory's trust in me.

"I have to tell you something else, too," he says. "What is that?" I ask. "Gale isn't the only one who figured out who he liked," he replies. I look at him. "Who else?" I ask. "Me," he responds.

Before I could do or say anything...

          He kisses me.
