M'gann stares over at Robin and Wonder Girl jealously. She keeps it within herself, wanting to maintain her sagacious demeanour.

"You alright?" Batgirl asks her quietly.

"Of course," the Martian smiles.

On the other side of Barbara stands Superboy. M'gann refrains from biting her lip lustfully as he folds his arms, causing his muscles to flex slightly.

Once upon a time, she had told him images were nothing to her. The same goes now, only his 'image' had made him more addictive and compelling.

"M'gann; you and Superboy will go undercover inside the ballroom, understand?" Nightwing's voice brings her back to reality. She is glad he has finished mourning Wally and has returned to lead.

"Understood," she confirms.

Both she and Superboy begin their descent up the steps, to change into ballroom attire. An inside source has revealed that the Joker will be targetting the party.

M'gann pulls on her long, red sparkling dress that has a split up the side, turns her skin Caucasian and slips on a pair of heels.

"You ready M'gann?" Tigress calls out. 

"I am!"

The Martian walks out to find her opposite wearing a green ball gown. Aqualad and Superboy wear tuxedos.

As Kaldur and Artemis leave, Conner walks over to M'gann. She smiles softly, hoping he'd say something. When he doesn't, she does.

"You look very nice, Conner," she tells him shyly. The hybrid almost smiles.

"Thanks. You look uh-...have you prepped the bio-ship?"

After that, he turns and walks away. It angers her.

The four of them fit in with the crowd nicely. M'gann and Artemis were unfortunate enough to feel the gazes of the dirty old men there, but they kept it together.

Palms sweaty, M'gann opens her mouth to ask Conner to dance with her. A beautiful girl; young, blonde and pretty appears out of nowhere.
