Kingsley: " I know honey.. I know.. " Sabi nitong hinawakan ang dalawang kamay ko. " He should have a good reason for this . But for God's sake! Serioulsy? You never gotten anything for two days? Diba they're just living across your unit? " I nodded " And then? Did you try to ask like Josh? Sejun? Or the other members? " Malungkot na umiling ako " And why is that? "
Me : " I just don't wanna bother them kasi nga as far as I know they're on one week break now. Nakakahiya naman. And I don't wanna be clingy. "
Kingsley : " Asking is not being clingy Ok? But 2 days straight na walang paramdam sayo? Justin SHOULD have a good reason for this or else! Ugh! Nanggigil ako eh! I hate him now! " He exclaimed.
Me : " Hoy! Grabe ka naman! Hate is a strong word " Saway ko dito.
Kingsley : " I know that's why I used it. " Deretchong sabi nito habang naka poker face.
Me : " Come on... We don't know yet ok? " Sabi ko nalang.
Kingsley : " You deserve someone better just to let you know.. Someone that brings joy to your life hindi yung ganito. Someone who can complete you " Ma dramang sabi niya.
Me: " I don't need someone to complete me King.. I just need someone to make things a little bit better every now and then. So thanks for listening " Sabi ko at nginitian ito.
Kingsley: " Ohhh!! " Sabay tayo at niyakap ako.
Me: " Nandito na pala order natin. " Sabi ko at bumalik naman agad ito sa upuan niya.
Napangiti ako. If I can truly count on a person to provide a listening ear, he's clearly in it for a long haul. Whether I go to him for relationship advice, rant about my job, or to shed a tear, he got my back. I can always count on him and not be bias w/ his opinion just because we're friends. I'm lucky to have a friend like him.
Kinuha ko na ang kape ko and took a sip. Ang lamig. Nag brain freeze ako bigla. Tiningnan ko ulit ang phone ko but still didn't receive any text from him. Nag dadalawang isip ako kung tatawagan ko ba siya but eventually decided that I will. The line was just ringing but no one answered. I tried again . Still no one answered. Fuck na pa-paranoid na ako! Then I tried one last time but still the same. Walang sumasagot.
I decided na tawagan nalang ang ka member nito. I cannot just sit here and wait! Ang pangalan ni Ken ang unang nakita ko so I decided to call him.
Ken: " Alam mo bang nanonood ako ng anime? " Sagot agad nito sa linya.
Me : " Whatever! Where are you? " Tanong ko. Na bweset ako sa sinabi nito.
Ken: " Nasa Condo. Bakit? " Bored na sagot niya.
Me: " Ahmm.. Sinong kasama mo? " I intentionally asked him indirectly because nahihiya ako to bother him to just ask where Justin is.
Ken: " Wala dito si Jah kung yan ang gusto mong malaman. Umuwi sa kanila " Diretchong sagot nito.
Me: " Ahh... "
Ken: " So OK na? Manonood pa ako ng Anime? " Tunog sarcastic ito.
Me: " Ahmm.. that's all. Sala--" Pinutol na agad nito ang tawag nang hindi ko pa natatapos ang sinasabi ko na naging dahilan nang pag init ng ulo ko.
