Chapter One

There once were two kingdoms, one in the desert, the other in the sea. The warrior snake people, known as the Nagas, ruled the deserts for many centuries. The graceful merpeople lived in the ocean, maintaining its peace for centuries. During that time, they've never really knew of each other’s existence for they have never explored into the other’s domain….

…Until one day, the Prince of the Naga kingdom reached an age where he must select his future bride-to-be. In torment of his kingdom’s expectation of him, he ventured out to the coast where he suddenly was relaxed by the ocean’s sound. There the Naga Prince saw in the distance a girl sitting in the shallow waters.
