Surrender

Chapter one

"Get out of my house you worthless  little rat" he screams at me shoving a bag of my clothes in my hands. "Fine I'll leave you never cared about me anyways" I said walking out the door angrily and getting in my car I begin to drive off for a while and pull over at the highway.
I sit there for a while thinking about what he had said was I really worthless, tears started falling from my face as I rest my head on the steering wheel, I had no where to go I might as well be dead.

I grab my phone from my back pocket and text my best friend.
A:I can't take this anymore he kicked me out again
C: was he drunk
A: of course he was when isn't he
C: are you okay
A: I just wanted to say goodbye you don't need me here and clearly neither does he I'm leaving there's no point in being here
C: ally no
I chuck my phone in the back  as I drive to the abandoned hospital nearby, "this is it my life is over" I say to myself tears falling from my cheeks as I drove down the highway.
Twenty minutes later I pulled into the car park across from the hospital as I pulled in I noticed a red car parked here I thought nothing of it and made my way into the hospital climbing the fence and running in being carful to not get caught .
I walked through the empty halls of the hospital, not a person in sight it was silent and kind of calming.
I eventually make it to a fire escape that leads to the roof I make my way up the four flights of stairs and walk over to the edge "this is it" I think to myself peering over the side of the building it's a long way down there's no way I'll make it out alive.As I go to jump I hear a voice behind me that sounds familiar I turn to see a brown haired boy behind me with a face mask on and black skinny ripped jeans and a black hoodie.
Colbys POV
"Hey guys it's Sam and Colby and we are here in this abandoned hospital today " Sam says filming the intro,
"this place is supposed to be super haunted, well what are waiting for let's do this" I say walking out with the camera.

we walk around for a while until we suddenly hear someone enter from downstairs"let's get to the roof man there's someone in here" Sam says quietly walking to the other side of the building where the staircase is , on our way there we find the morgue, "dude check this out "  Sam says looking at the freezer they put bodies in.
Finally we made it to the stairs,As we approach the stairs I hand the camera to Sam and walk up the stairs, as I walk out I see a brown haired  girl standing at the edge "she's about to jump" I say to myself walking to grab her.
She turns and looks at me tears in her eyes
I freeze in fear whilst I couldn't help starring at this girls beautiful blue eyes.
"H-hi" she stutters smiling at me "hi I'm colby, is everything okay?" I say walking away from the edge. At this point Sam had made it onto the roof and was standing there quietly in shock, "you saved my life" she says starting to cry I grab her and hug her letting her cry into my arms. " do you have somewhere to stay" I ask " no my dad kicked me out" she sniffles "how about you come back with us to our apartment "Sam says smiling at me I smile back as she lifts her head up "S-sure but I don't know you, you could kill me" she says "we won't kill you colby just saved your life why would he kill you" Sam says laughing a little.

We walk back to the car and I notice a car next to ours "Is this your car?" I say to her "yeah" she sighs "do you have any stuff in it you wanna take " Sam asks, she opens the boot of her car and gets a small backpack and her phone.
Sam offers to drive and me and the girl sit in the back seat "so I never got your name" I say smiling " .
"Allison but I prefer ally " she says smiling back at me he blue eyes glimmering in the sun light I find myself admiring her long brown hair and freckles that cover her nose and under her eyes faded into her pale skin and rosy red cheeks , Sam pulls up in the apartment complex hitting a speed bump  causing me to jump and regain focus.
"here we are  " he says parking the car and getting out we walk up the stairs we make it to my apartment door and Sam let's us into my apartment "wow, this is so cool" she says as her jaw drops "This is my apartment and sams is just next door your welcome to stay for however long you need"
I say walking over to the couch.i watch as ally puts her stuff up in my room and comes back downstairs and sits next to me and Sam on the couch.

After about an hour of talking Kat comes in  "do you know how to knock" I say laughing a little "no " she laughs "who's this " she says looking at Ally.
"Ally this is Kat sams girlfriend and Kat this is ally, we met her at the hospital I sort of saved her life" I say , " oh nice to meet you she says reaching her hand out to ally and shakes her hand.

After that we all just hangout and talk on my couch like usual watching Netflix "I'm ordering pizza" I say grabbing my phone. Shortly after the pizza arrived and we all got up and grabbed a piece.
After three movies and 5 hours of talking " Sam and Kat decide to go back to sams for the night. Ally decided to stay at mine since she feels comfortable around me more then Sam at the moment.

After everyone leaves we sit on the couch in silence for a bit " hey so what do you wanna do" I say grabbing a glass of water and sitting next to her. " I don't know I'm incredibly tired" she says yawning. "Come with me let's get you to sleep"I pick her up and she wraps her legs around my waist as we walk upstairs into my room, I lay her down in my bed and place the covers on her. " don't go " she whines as I go to walk out "fine I laugh, I take off my shirt and jeans and put on sweatpants and jump into bed beside her. She lays down on my chest and slowly falls asleep. "I can't be falling for her no way" I say to myself cuddling her whilst she sleeps "maybe I am" oh god colby what have you gotten yourself into.
I lay down a bit causing her to shift and out her hand over my hips I wrap my arms around her and fall asleep.

A/N: alright I hope you like this, it's not very long since it's currently 12 pm at night and I've been writing for half an hour but I hope you enjoy this series
