-The Room-7:47 am-

That's new. A pair of blue eyes stare at me with filled with emotions I can't decipher.

"The fucking computer is my link." Their displeasure in seeing me seems to quickly disappear with a quick exhale through their nose and a smirk that grows on their face. "Well might as well make use of you while I can." I have never seen one in person. I didn't think they were real. This must be another simulation similar to the one 14 years, 7 hours, 46 minutes, and 17 seconds ago.

"Were you sent by the screen?"

With a scoff they say "Lets go with that. Lay down and spread your legs." Never disobey the screen. The rule plays in my head urging me to comply with the words. Their eyes look at me with more emotions I cannot decipher. " Damn you really do follow any commands. If you weren't bosses computer I wouldn't mind taking you home." He takes off his clothes leaving me even more confused. This one seems to be male.

"What is bosses computer?"

"Nothing you need to know. Shut up." Never disobey the screen. It hurts, I don't like it. Unwillingly tears leave my eyes but I make no noise. 19 minutes and 27 seconds later after being in pain and uncomfortable he says, " It's like fucking a mannequin. I can't do this anymore. Close your eyes. Good. Link rejection. Conf-." Before he can finish speaking pain shoots through my brain forcing my body to convulse and I can't even make any sounds. 47 seconds later my vitals feel normal and am left sprawled out breathing heavy with my eyes shut on the bed. What did I do wrong? Did I fail the simulation? Was it a simulation?

A voice booms overhead. "Keep your eyes closed. Say close gifts page." Fear strikes through me.

I meekly say "Close gifts page." It has been 10 years and 32 seconds since the voice was last here. The voice from my first simulation 14 years, 7 hours, 44 minutes, and 12 seconds ago.

"Good. That was a simulation and you failed resulting in the pain you felt. I will not tell you why since you should know. Get up and go to the desk." Without hesitation I scramble to the desk and sit ready to complete whatever task is presented to me. "To redeem yourself follow the instructions on the screen." The bright screen that I have seen everyday for 15 years, 6 hours, and 51 seconds shines in my face with the words, exterminate Tanser Charleston. The face presented on the screen is of the man that was just in the room. The screen changes to show him in a room similar to mine banging on the door. He seems to be yelling but I cannot hear him. He turns and seems to see me and immediately gets on his knees while clasping his hands in front of him. I engage the laser gun and commence the execution. He falls to the ground 10 seconds faster than the last person. The screen disperses and I am once again left to the silence of the 7x7 room that has not changed for 14 years, 8 hours, 10 minutes, and 17 seconds.

- Unknown Location-2:42 am-

Two men rush out of elevator doing their best to help each other. One holding onto their arm which is barely attached to him. The other is heavily limping while blood drips down from his nose onto his suit.

"If they get to her or the records they have EVERYTHING." The suited man makes a large black box which stops the elevator from closing.

"If you do this now the only thing that is going to change is the whole kingdom will fall faster."

"If I don't, the whole Lasen defense and not just our kingdom but Jone's kingdom...everything and  everyone will be brought to their knees and shot in the head."

The two finally reach the main office at the end of the hall.

"Why can you put yourself in a box and seal yourself like you did to her?"

The door is locked and barely budging.

"Tyson, you know I can't. I can only permanently seal two rooms." The frustration on his face has reached his inner most being. "FOR FUCKS SAKE WHY WON'T THIS DOOR OPEN?"

"Boss...Kayler, why can't you just kill her?" They both know the answer and stand in silence. He puts his only functioning hand on the door melting the locking mechanism.

"Tyson...I can't, you know that better than anyone." Kayler gets them both through the door and the two work together to close it once they are through Tyson melds the doors shut leaving the two silent in the large office.

"Ambrie is" The quick glare sent from Kayler makes him pause. "Ambrie is gone, you don't need to keep that promise when you don't even like it."

"I am gonna give her one last order."

"We don't even know if the rooms will stay closed if you die." Solemn eyes land on his and he knows there is nothing he can do. "I can't change your mind can I?" He plops down in a chair holding onto his arm that he knows will never hold onto his family again.

"Do you want to go with me or stay here and wait for them?" loud crashing can be heard and there is no where for the two to run if that crashing gets any closer. Kayler leans back on the desk and looks sadly at the door. Then he looks at his friend of too many years to count waiting for an answer.

"I told you I would follow you before we started all of this. I am not gonna stop now."

"Okay." Kayler's eyes glaze over. "I have locked both of the rooms. Let's hope they stay that way." A 3-D model of a 7x7 room appears between them. "This will be your last mission. Go to the desk now." The two observe as the little girl in the hologram scrambles out of the bed and rushes to the desk. Kayler sits in  the chair next to his friend. "Eliminate Kayler Grisen and Tyson Lenfar." As soon as he finishes speaking a familiar floating laser gun appears above the hologram. In his head he hears the girl wispier, "I remember you," just before all goes dark.
