"The Olympians are summoning the demigods to Olympus."

I only nodded, closing my eyes as the remaining demigods were flashed to the council.

The war was hard on us, everybody lost someone, friends and family alike.

I raised my head, my eyes gazing over the room, landing on each Olympian then quickly moving onto the next when my eyes were met with looks of pity.

"Demigods, Greek and Roman alike, you have faced much hardship under the course of war. Against all odds, you are emerging victorious, however not without great cost. All of the fallen are true heroes and will be remembered as nothing less," Zeus boomed proudly, "Feel pride in what you have accomplished today. As thanks and retribution, we, the council, have decided to bless all remaining campers with partial immortality.

The gods stepped down from their thrones, shrinking down to a less dramatic height.

An ancient Greek chant began among them, each god gaining a visible aura, before each colored aura joined together and was then dispersed among the demigods before them.

Giving us time to recover from the blessing, the gods returned to their thrones and their godly heights.

"It has also been unanimously decided in the council that we will each focus more on the children we have now, not on having more."

The demigods were slightly surprised to hear this coming from Zeus of all people, and didn't fail to notice the smirk on Hera's face.

"Now, would the remaining of the seven along with Nico di Angelo and Thalia Grace please come forward," the Lord of the skies boomed dramatically.

"The council sees fit that you each receive a gift for service to the gods."

Thalia, Nico, Piper, Jason, and I stepped forward, feeling all eyes on us.

I wish so badly that we didn't have to be addressed as the 'remaining of the seven.'

At least Frank and Hazel can finally be together in peace, without the fear of Frank's stick or Hazel's curse.

"Jason Grace," Jupiter thundered proudly, "The council has deemed it fit that you become a minor god. The rest of the seven will be offered the same gift. Do you accept?"

Jason looked to Piper, who squeezed his hand reassuringly and nodded, smiling.

He turned back to the council, bowing his head slightly.

"I accept, Father."

Jupiter nodded his head, eyes filled with pride.

They begun the chant again, but this time the collection of auras only went into Jason. He let out a pained grunt, sinking onto his knees.

In an instant, the fates appeared before him.

"All hail Jason Grace, minor god of the winds and Venti" they droned in unison.

The glow around Jason faded to a barely noticeable aura, as he stood and thanked the deities before returning to his spot next to Piper, taking her hand in his.

"Piper McLean," Aphrodite called, smiling at her daughter's intertwined hand, "my daughter, we offer you the opportunity of godship, do you accept?"

Sending a smile Jason's way, she steps forward.

"I accept."

The Olympians once again repeated the process, causing Piper to let out a hiss of pain and clutch her side.
