halloween last year
jack texted me to go to his house and me, him, and sarah will go trick or treating. Me and jack have gotten closer since june and we weren't anything but i'm expecting his baby, my second child , anyways. i dressed sarah up in a cute little zombie costume i found online and i dressed up as a skeleton i did my makeup and everything, i drove to jacks house and i knocked on his door and when he opened the door he smiled

"you guys look so cute" he hugged me and sarah

"thank you" i smiled

"hey please do my makeup" jack said

"i don't have any of my makeup tho" i said

"i bought some stuff" he smiled

"ok go sit down and i'll go and put sarah down" i said

"i'll hold her" he said

"are you sure?" i asked

"yes" he put sarah on his lap

i got a text from zach but i didn't answer, he wanted to take sarah out with kay

"who was that" jack asked

"oh just zach" i started putting makeup on him

"you guys still talk?" he asked

"well yea we've been trying because i don't want sarah to become like me and the relationship i had with my dad" i said

"you look beautiful" he smiled

"thank you" i smiled

i finished about 30 minutes later

"ok i finished" i put down my brush

"let me see" he was excited

i let him look and he said it was amazing, we went out and there were a lot of people out and we went to every house and got sarah a lot of candy and when we got to a ladies house she was saying

"this family is so cute, but don't you guys think you guys are too young"she said

"oh uh actually he's not the dad and i'm actually 19" i smiled

"oh did the dad of your daughter leave when he found out you were pregnant?" she asked

"uh actually the dad and i were going to get married but we didn't end up getting married" i said

"look honey you just ruined your life having a baby at 19" she said

"look lady, she is absolutely happy with her daughter and she doesn't need a lady that doesn't even know her tell her what she can and can't do" jack interrupted

"jack let's just go" i was pushing him away gently

"ok" he walked away

after an hour of trick-or-treating, we all went to jacks house and sarah went to sleep and me and jack were watching movie but before we took off our makeup, i had to record ourselves with our makeup

we took the video and jack was vv close to me and he kissed my cheek and bit my cheek

"jack what was that" i smiled

he kissed me

"i love you claire gracie maxwell and i just wanted to ask you if you will be my girlfriend" he smiled

i kissed him

"i'm taking that as a yes" he held my face up

i kissed him and that was a way to tell him to shut up
