i was getting ready and putting on my make up when my mom walked into my old room

"hey sweetie" she came to my vanity

"hey mom" i smiled

"are you going to see joshua" she smiled

"well i'm going to see sahar, blake, joshua and meet joshua's girlfriend" i put the rest of my makeup on

"are you ok?"she asked

"uh yea" i got up

"are you sure because you liked joshua long before you left and he was your first best friend and you liked him" she followed me

"yea and i was planning to tell him today but he has a girlfriend and well i lost my chance" i picked out my pants

"i say you should get with blake" she laughed

"MOM" i smiled

"cmon you had feelings for him too" she helped me straighten my hair

"well i did" i said

"all done, i'm going to go cook dinner for your siblings" she said

"ok bye mom" i said

i got a text

blake💙: hey sorry for joshua bringing his girlfriend

me: what do you mean?

blake💙: don't you like him

me: well i did but i stopped

blake💙: sure you stopped

me; BLAKE!!!

blake💙: sorry 😂

i said goodbye to my mom and i drove to canes

then when i was there i got a call bit the number hadn't been saved in my phone so i didn't answer and then when it stopped ringing it left a voicemail so i listened to it

"uh hey gracie uh it's me zach *takes a pause* uh i miss you a lot i'm sorry i really am  please come back or can we hang out when i have my pop up shop there in a couple days please just call me back" his voice cracked

i deleted the voicemail and i got out of my car and went into canes, there he was joshua was with his girlfriend, sahar was just wearing a huge hoodie and blake saw me and smiled and got up and hugged me 

"omg gracie i missed you so much" blake hugged me

"AHH" sahar jumped on me

"shit" i almost fell back and bumped into someone else

"oh i'm so sorry" i looked up and down

"it's ok" he smiled

joshua walked up to me and introduced me to his girlfriend

"hey gracie this is my girlfriend olivia, olivia this is gracie" he smiled

"hi so nice to meet you" i put my hand out

"whatever" she walked away and bumped into my shoulder

"ok anyways" i walked to the table

we had a fun time olivia left and i was relieved and we decided to spend the night at my house and we had a fun night, i realized blake and i might have something, i started liking him and blake has liked me since 6th grade everyone left but it was just me and blake

"hey uh gracie" he said

"yes" i smiled

" i don't know how long your going to be in texas for but i was wondering if you wanted to go out with me" he scratched the back of his head

i leaned in closer and gave him a kiss

he kissed me back then we heard a knock on my door

we broke the kiss

"hey gracie i left my jacket here" joshua said

"uh oh here it is" i tossed it to him

"what's going on" joshua asked

"nothing" we both said

"okie well goodnight" joshua hugged me
