Introduction (PLEASE READ)

HERES A QUESTION THAT I AM BeGGinG YOU TO ANSWER!!!

IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE BOOK ENTIRELY BUT IT MAY HELP YOU THINK DEEP ABOUT LIFE IN GENERAL AND HELP YOU PROGRESS WITH THE BOOK.

I GUESS. . . . .I DON'T KNOW

So there's a guy or girl or non-binary person right. A person that you know or don't know. It's up to you.

Now, back in the day this person was involved in some shady, really not okay business and just did horrible things. Let's say sex trafficking.

It doesn't have to be sex trafficking, it can be something else really. I just wanted to put one of the most terrible things down as an example to just give you an idea.

Now, they did this and worked for a mafia and all stuff for about twenty years of their life. And they treated women and other people (males, whatever) terribly during this time period and all that.

B B B B B B U U U U U U T T T T T T

Just some random day, they decided 'Nah, this isn't the life for me,'. Kind of like that guy, Oscar, from On My Block. And he CHANGES.

Now I personally believe that people can't change because they met someone and want to be a better person for someone else. Like we see all the time in romance books. And there's nothing wrong with that, I LOVE THOSE BOOKS.

But I feel like someone should change because they want to change. They should work on themselves for THEMSELVES, because they want to be a better person for the good for THEMSELVES and those around them (society).

Because THEY KNOW that what they did was wrong and they want to atone to their mistakes.

Like an alcoholic or racist changes and goes to therapy for themselves or surrounds themselves with non-racist or non-alcoholic people. But in books, we see people changing from treating people terribly and all that because they met a girl. And I don't think that's how it works in real life.

ANY WHO. . . . .

This person changes. They dump the whole mafia thing, surround themselves with genuinely good people, go to therapy, get a good, good job and make a very honest living for themselves.

Because they saw that what they were doing in the past is not at all okay, and they hate that part of their lives and want to change it. And they do, by changing their future.

Hope that makes sense.

Now my question is: Do you think this person can be forgiven for his 'mistakes'? Like would you forgive him or her or them or they? Do you think they can live a normal life (of course they think of this all the time) without being judged for their horrible past?

Without any judgement! ! !

Again this whole sex trafficking thing has nothing to do with the book. SPOILER ALERT: I think you'll like the characters in the book.

REMEMBER: This person did nothing wrong to YOU but to SOMEONE ELSE, in the past A LONG TIME AGO

I also think the whole
Once a alcoholic, always an alcoholic.
Once a cheater, always a cheater.
Once a this, always a that.
Isn't very true

But if someone cheats on a person and then they break up and decides to do it again and again with another person, that just them living up to that stereotype and being a shitty, shitty person. You can cheat once and never do it again.

Cheating isn't good!

Because again, no one can 'fix' or 'change' anyone. It's always up to YOU.

THIS IS MY OPINION ON THIS. AND YOU'RE ALLOWED TO SHARE YOURS AS WELL.

Another thing I wanted to share that is. . . A short little message to Generation-Z and maybe Millennials. . .

'Love is PATIENT, love is KIND.
It does not ENVY, it does not BOAST, it is not PROUD.
It does not DISHONOR others, it is not SELF-SEEKING, it is not EASILY ANGERED.
It hold NO records of WRONGS.
Love does not DELIGHT in EVIL but REJOICES with the TRUTH.
It ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUSTS, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERES
LOVE NEVER FAILS'

Remember that when reading
And when you fall in love in someone.

Because if it fails, it was never LOVE

Now this has everything to do with the book

Anyway with the book, all I ask is that you open your mind while reading it. Without any hate.

There will be some triggers (no sex trafficking) and mature chapters. So this is your warning ! ! !

Also if something bad (like let's say sex trafficking) happens in the book, I'm not promoting it. I'm more like 'educating' you. I guess. Though I'm not sure if educating is the right word.

But yes. . .

Also I apologize in advance if something is cliche or cringey. This is only my third book.

Also please leave a vote or comment about anything that you liked or didn't like in the chapter. It is really motivational to me, the writer, so I can continue writing because I feel like you guys are enjoying it.

Unlike if there were no votes or comments. I would then just feel like I'm just writing for no reason and no one is enjoying it.

Also I am not an author. I have realized that now. So my writing skills aren't perfect. At all. Now I just write to get the story of my head.
